You can create a staging site, basically it’s just a duplicate on your site where it has the same environment as your live site, this way you can test first if the updates are safe or not and make changes with it without affecting the live site. The page isn’t redirecting properlyAre you using a boxed layout? if yes, try adding this css code in QUick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

Can you give us a link to the page that contains that shortcode? the map shortcode should also have an address, also make sure the you have added the Google API Key.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

You can go to Enfold > Header > Transparency Options, then set the logo (use png image) and set the menu color then save.
Edit the page then go to the Layout Sidebar and find Header visibility and transparency then set it to Transparent Header.

It will work differently since some browsers allow autoplay but some browsers like Chrome changed their autoplay policy, you can check their post: https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes and https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2016/07/autoplay

I have checked it and you have done it correctly.
I just went to the WP Dashboard > Enfold Child > Performance > checked Delete old CSS and JS files? and Save. This is necessary since your site is fetching the cached css, by doing the procedure I made, it ensures that a new css file must be fetched.

Just add [nolink] at the end of your copyright text, that should remove the theme by Kriesi.
As for updating the site, I think the issues you’re having might be related to Envato’s changes to their API: https://forums.envato.com/t/important-changes-to-our-api/7891 you should also see the link Victoria gave which is related. I would suggest updating it via ftp, that should make things smoother.Best regards,

I understand, I have modified this setting in your Theme Options.
Enfold > Blog Layout > Single Post Style then changed Single post with small preview image (featured image) to Single post with big preview image (featured image).

PlA is for the number of Active plugins.
As for Updates it checks for the valid Envato token, if it is filled in, it should have updates set to enabled.

Yes, that’s possible you can see that in our demo:
Home
Just make sure you have also set the transparent header, found in Enfold > Header > Transparency Options, then set the transparent logo and menu color.
Then on the page itself that you want to apply transparent header, find the Layout sidebar > Header visibility and transparency and set this to Transparent Header.
