    Hi Trinemaija,

    There is no need to reset your license, you can simply delete the site where you are currently using it, then install it on your new site :-)

    Hello again.
    Ok so I did, but it´s still not working and it´s been a few days now.
    It says “no valid plugins were found” when I try too install it.
    First it tries to install, but then fails due to the validation.
    What to I do?
    I really need this theme to start working now.

    You are not installing a plugin, it’s a theme. Please try under Appearance->Themes.

    I have yet another problem that I´m struggling with.
    I have the following version of Enfold
    Version: 4.4.1
    There a no updates available.
    I can´t seem to get the Enfold Instagram widget to work.
    I´ve tried deleting any cache plugins.
    Made sure I use the right Instagram account
    Tried using both @trinemaijabrandt and trinemaijabrandt without the @
    Tried deleting the widget and reuse it.
    Changing the location of the photos and videoes from cache on server to getting it from Insta – and vice versa.
    Open links in lightbox and not.
    No luck.
    All I get is a:
    You need to specify an instgram username.
    No images available at the moment
    ***
    How do I get this widget to start working?

    Hi Trinemaija,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Thanks for giving us admin access, however I’m still puzzled since Kriesi’s test account on instagram which is in private content works fine.
    Can you give us ftp access? so we can look into it further.
    Just post the details in private content.

    Hi Trinemaija Brandt,

    Just add [nolink] at the end of your copyright text, that should remove the theme by Kriesi.
    As for updating the site, I think the issues you’re having might be related to Envato’s changes to their API: https://forums.envato.com/t/ (Purchase code hidden if logged out) /7891 you should also see the link Victoria gave which is related. I would suggest updating it via ftp, that should make things smoother.

    Can you give us admin access also? so we can check the backend.
