Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

I think that code is safe to use.
As for how it suddenly happened, I’m not really sure but this css code is reponsible:

woocommerce span.soldout, .woocommerce-page span.soldout {

    height: 85px;
    border-radius: 0;
    padding: 0;
}

I checked that css in Enfold however I couldn’t find any, probably from a plugin which has some changes in css.

I think it’s possible however there’s no plan for that yet.

This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented.

I have tried to check on the backend however when trying to login (using the login link), it just shows:

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Hey Dundee,

Try to use a partner/logo element under Media Elements.
Then in Logo Slider or Logo Grid Layout make sure to use Grid.
It should be responsive and look like: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/partnerlogo-element/

I’m not really sure why that’s happening, did you turn the stage site back to 4.4.1 then update manually via ftp?
Can you give us admin access and ftp access on the stage site? we’ll try to inspect it, maybe there’s a workaround for it.
Just post the credentials in private content, so it’s only visible to the moderators.

There’s no update yet, however, can you try this workaround that worked on my end.
In you enfold folder go to config-templatebuilder > avia-shortcodes > slideshow_fullsize folder, then find and modify this file: slideshow_fullsize.php (line 973):

if($background) $params['bg'] = "style = '{$background}'";

replace with:

if($background) $params['bg'] = "{$background}";
