- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHi marcobozzola,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I checked in Appearance > Menus and noticed that there’s this extra field: Innesca un Popup, can you try to temporarily disable this and check.
Or try to temporarily disable all plugins and check, it might be some plugin conflict, since I don’t see any errors in the web console.Best regards,
NikkoHi leviticus,
I apologize for the delayed response.
Can we ask for ftp access also? I thought Appearance > Editor was available in the WP dashboard so we can try to check and test it.
Just post the credentials in private content.Best regards,
NikkoHi ezvisa,
I see, can you try to create a staging site? it’s just a clone of your live site placed in your subdomain.
This way we can try to debug and isolate the issue without affecting your live site.
We may need to temporarily disable plugins, switch to default wp theme, etc.Best regards,
NikkoDecember 19, 2018 at 11:28 pm in reply to: WooCommerce reviews and related form are missing #1047475Hi nightjar,
I have disabled Ultimate Reviews plugin and was able to show again Reviews, reviews form and Related Products.
It seems like enabling that plugin removes the reviews.Best regards,

I tried to login to your site using the credentials you gave to check if there are js errors in the web console however it doesn’t work, please check.Best regards,
NikkoHi marcobozzola,
If the solution posted on the thread I posted doesn’t work, please try to update enfold manually via ftp.
You can check how to do it in our docs: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#reinstall-or-update-using-ftpBest regards,

NikkoHi xyzb,
Can you try to change it to:
#top .av-video-service-youtube .av-click-overlay { top: 220px; }
You can set a higher value if it’s still not clickable.

NikkoHi ktiilikka,
Sure this is the code that you should use:
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { #top .av-burger-overlay li.menu-item-494, #top .av-burger-overlay li.menu-item-495, #top .av-burger-overlay li.menu-item-496 { display: none; } }
If you are curious how I got it, you can try to google or check some google videos regarding web inspector and you’ll find it very helpful :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi bobfurgo,
I have moved it to private content.
Can you give us the screenshot?Regards,
NikkoHi sovik_rc,
I don’t think that should cause any issue, since that just removes query strings appended to css and js files of the theme.
You can comment out those code or try to remove it to check. I think it’s more of caching issue since I didn’t get the same result as you have.
Only you /en page returns a 404 in which I could confirm I get when I checked your site.Best regards,
NikkoHi Dizasta,
Glad that we could help :)
Feel free to create a new thread if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi sovik_rc,
Yes, if you post the credentials in private content.
If you’re hesitant, you can create a stage site and give us access only to that site, you can check this post on how to create it: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/Best regards,
NikkoHi Epic,
Try adding this css code in QUick CSS (Located in Enfold > General Styling):
#top #avia-menu .av-menu-button > a .avia-menu-text { border-radius: 100px; }
Best regards,
NikkoHi yudkoren,
Can you try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { .responsive #top .logo { float: left; } }
Hope it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi bobfurgo,
You can use the code in private content and add it at the bottom of functions.php
I was just avoiding to post your hotjar code in public.Regards,
NikkoHi Charlotte,

NikkoDecember 18, 2018 at 12:41 am in reply to: Cannot to update enfold an error occurred – please help #1046662Hi Boria20000,
This is a bit subjective but logically I think the theme should be updated first since it’s compatible with both WP 5 and 4.9.8 then updating to WordPress comes next.
But to be safe, using stage site to test and update first is the best approach since there will be no risk of messing up your live site.Best regards,
NikkoHey michael_world2cycle,
I could see it on my end, here is a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/0wQkc6z
It’s just using 3 1/3 column that is set to have equal height, and background color is applied to each column.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHey Tim,
You can use Custom Css Class in order to use different properties on different tables.
You can check it in our documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#custom-css
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHey Tim,
If you don’t see any issues on your site, it means you don’t need to fix anything. The update most likely isn’t affecting the frontend, however for the backend for example for text block/editor, most if not all have issues with it.
Wordpress recommends to disable the gutenberg editor and bring back the classic editor which is used in the previous version, you’ll just have to install and activate https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ in which most cases have fixed some backend issues other enfold users have experienced.Best regards,
NikkoHey kikosanchezestudio,
You can download our child theme here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#why-child-theme
If you need to make modification for the header.php file for example, you can copy header.php from the enfold theme and use it as your base then make modifications from it.Best regards,
