The problem seems to be coming from the tight security settings of litespeed web server.
When trying to import it returns a 403 Forbidden error which is permission/security issue.

The demo is now implemented on your site, no need for cpanel access.
Though using importer also doesn’t work, since it’s just one page, I just manually added the demo.Best regards,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Try to re-update enfold via ftp.
I found out framework folder is empty, I tried to transfer files via ftp around 180 files however 80 of those file failed to transfer.Best regards,

2. No, it doesn’t need to be since Enfold uses it’s own page builder but it won’t have any issues whether you have gutenberg or classic editor.

There are 2 ways, first one using a plugin and the other one is using a wordpress filter.
1. Install and Activate Simple Image Sizes, then go to Settings > Media.
Then change portfolio size’s cropping from Yes to No, save, then regenerate the images (click on Regenerate Thumbnails button at the bottom).2. Add this code in functions.php:
add_filter( 'avf_modify_thumb_size', 'enfold_customization_modify_thumb_size', 10, 1 ); function enfold_customization_modify_thumb_size( $size ) { $size['portfolio'] = array('width'=>495, 'height'=>400, 'crop'=>false); return $size; }then you’ll need to re-upload the image.

Google recaptcha is not available in 4.4.1, I think it was integrated in 4.5.4.

Maybe it’s the setting in 365 that’s why its not received.
By default the email address is fetched from Settings > General > Email Address (admin email), but you can change/override this in the contact form.Best regards,

The login credentials you gave doesn’t seem to work.
However, I think the issue you have with updating is caused by envato’s changing of their api.
I would suggest doing the following:
1. Backup your current enfold theme files (just in case there are some issues that might occur)
2. Download the latest version of Enfold in themeforest. (Put your site in maintenance mode)
3. In your WordPress Dashboard, go Appearance > Themes > switch to WordPress default theme like twenty nineteen.
4. Delete Enfold and upload the latest you have downloaded.Best regards,
