The best way to know what’s causing the crash is to enable debugging: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/// Enable WP_DEBUG mode define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); // Disable display of errors and warnings define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );And when it crashes check for the debug.log file and you’ll most likely find the reason for crashing.

I have checked on it and I could not find any solution.
It only works if it’s already open but if it’s closed then it does not work.

I apologize for the delay. I have checked it and it seems to have some issues with the 2nd Color Section and the Google Map which also affects the succeeding elements.
I tried to reproduce the issue but I could not find it on my end. Since the Google Map has been disabled in your setting, I have removed the map and fixed the issue.
In the functions.php of your child theme, I have added this code:add_action('avia_builder_mode', "builder_set_debug"); function builder_set_debug() { return "debug"; }This will turn on ALB Debugger and shows a textarea below the ALB Editor and shows the generated shortcode.

I have tested your site using Pingdom and I get a very high wait time (see screenshot and result page in private content).
Your site loaded about 4s and the wait time is almost 3s, so the issue is more of TTFB or time to first byte.

Most of our users uses Duplicator which works great.
Some also uses All-in-One WP Migration.
As for licensing I think you only need 1 license for your staging and live site.

You’ll need to access it via FTP or Cpanel but we don’t suggest in modifying the WordPress core since it will be removed during a WordPress Update.
