Hey dupbertrand,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHi Alexis,
I’m glad that Rikard could help you out :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi rge-solutions,
I have checked your site and could see the icons properly using Chrome and Windows 10.
And I also don’t see any CORS error.
Are all icons not showing using chrome on your end? or just some of them that I might have missed?Best regards,
NikkoHi jknetdesign,
These are the steps I made:
– I switched first to Twentytwenty in the WP Dashboard (deleted Enfold 4.5.7 since two Enfold themes installed with different versions causes issue)
– In FTP, moved enfold folder from themes folder to wp-content folder.
– Uploaded Enfold 4.7.4 and switched back to the child theme
– In Enfold Theme Options > Select Your Editor, set this to Use WP Classic Editor
But since you are using Gutenberg, I suggest setting it back to Block Editor.
The problem I’ve seen on this is that Gutenberg seems to show up and if you scroll bottom you’ll see the ALB Editor, this isn’t an issue with WP 5.3.3 and below but when it’s 5.4.1 this minor issue seems to appear.
The best way to handle this issue right now since there’s no update yet from Enfold is to use a Classic Editor plugin which also has the option to make you use either block editor or classic editor.Best regards,
NikkoHi isarivera,
No it shouldn’t, the issue isn’t really the images with links but the Color Section that uses diagonal section border actually uses a large space.
Visually it’s diagonal but when you see it in an html perspective it’s actually a rectangular block, here’s a screenshot that might help explain it: https://imgur.com/wx1FBNs
That blue highlight is actually the diagonal border, the lower part is that white triangle and the top part is transparent that’s why you can see the button/image that’s actually behind it and when you clicked on the image what you’re actually clicking is the diagonal border that’s why the image link does not seem to work.
We’ll keep this thread open and if there still image links that does not work, just post here and maybe we can come up with a solution that’s more generic without causing any issues with any Color Section setup.Best regards,

I tried to have to work with the following and it seems to have no issues in Appearance > Customize:
- Hummingbird 2.4.2 (page cache enabled)
- Enfold 4.7.4
- WordPress 5.4.1
- PHP 7.3.16
And it worked just fine.

NikkoHi jknetdesign,
Please check again.
I have updated your site to Enfold 4.7.4 and it seems to be working well.
I have checked it and there were no PHP or JS errors.Best regards,
NikkoHi jknetdesign,

NikkoMay 12, 2020 at 1:42 am in reply to: Update Enfold to recent version on Word Press 4.5.1 – Fatal error: Uncaught Erro #1211945Hi David,
I apologize for the delay.
I still could not get past this: https://imgur.com/A6D1DnB
Even with the credentials you gave.
FTP will give us the ability to enable debugging and check on the files but we can’t really do much there.
We’ll need to have access to the WP Dashboard so we can try to switch themes (latest version) and trigger the error to see what really causes the error.Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Please add this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:
#top .container .av-content-small.units { width: 85%; }Just change the width, with this code it’s 85% for the main content, sidebar will automatically adjust.
Best regards,
NikkoHi pontsoft,
You can remove that via CSS.
Add this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:@media only screen and (max-width:959px) { #top #header { display: none !important; } }Hope this helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi isarivera,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
The button by the white diagonal element below the button.
To fix it, I had added this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:#book .container { z-index: 10; }Let us know if you need further assistance.

NikkoHi marketing_aeco,
I tried to make changes on your first Color Section (changed height from 100% to 75% Browser Window Height) and it worked properly and I don’t see anything missing either in the backend or frontend.
Can you give us specific actions you made? there could be some trigger that I may have missed.Best regards,
NikkoHi Pernille,
It’s changed.
I have posted a screenshot where you can change it.
Basically I just removed -300×138 in the logo url.Best regards,

I’m glad to hear that you were able to fix it.
To be honest I don’t really see any issue with your code or even as I inspected further on height: auto!important that would cause any issue but anyway, I’m glad that it’s all good now with a bit of CSS :)Best regards,

NikkoHi Paolo,
There’s no limit in adding photos in the gallery.
The only limit is the server resources.Best regards,
NikkoHi amepro,
You can do the following:
- Switch to the parent theme (Enfold)
- Edit the style.css of the child theme, and modify Theme Name
- (Optional) rename the child theme folder (via ftp)
- Refresh and Switch back to the child theme
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi amepro,
If you’re using the parent theme (Enfold) before and has decided to use the child theme and wants to recover the settings from the parent theme, just go to Enfold > Import/Export > click on this button Import Settings From Your Parent Theme and that should fix it.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi Paul,
Thanks for that, the error listed is this one:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 15728672 bytes) in /public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1390It seems that the memory your site is using is more than what’s it allocated that’s why it fails.
To fix it, please do the following recommendation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/Best regards,
