Please disable CDN, if you’re on Godaddy there’s a setting that you can turn off ( based on another enfold users who had similar issue: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/social-icons-not-showing-6/ )
if you can’t find it or not using godaddy then you can try to ask for your hosting provider to do it.Best regards,

Can you try to rollback using your backup? or just revert to the previous version of Enfold.
Once that is done, please create a staging site (basically a clone of your live site placed in your subdomain so it has the same environment for testing purposes) here’s a tutorial on how to do it: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/Best regards,

Please unzip the themeforest-BRE6VTx5-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip file.
Inside it you should see a folder called enfold, zip this folder which should result to creation of enfold.zip
Use enfold.zip to upload to your Themes in WordPress.Best regards,

I have found out that the less than symbol < was causing the issue which is due to the limitation of our builder.
I have installed and activated Special Character Translation plugin to your site, I downloaded it and you can find the instructions here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#using-special-characters
And modified your table and replace the less than symbol.Best regards,

I have inspected it and used the Health Check & Troubleshooting to try to deactivate plugin without affecting other users however I still could not point out the issue.
Can you create a staging site? so we can inspect further without affecting your live site.
Basically it’s just a clone of your site placed in your subdomain so it has the same environment for testing purposes.

Once done, please upgrade it to Enfold 4.7.6.3, then give us admin access on it.Best regards,

I have checked the backend on those 2 pages you mentioned and it’s returning Error 406 in admin-ajax.
Not Acceptable! An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.I think mod_security is blocking those 2 pages, can you try this solution: https://www.hostinger.com/how-to/how-to-disable-mod-security

I have checked the link (team page) and it’s messed up on my end.
If I check it with Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin, it seems disabling WP Fastest Cache resolves the issue.
I think you’ll just need to play with its setting and try to find out what setting works better for your site.Best regards,

The zip file you have downloaded from wordpress includes other files, please unzip it in your computer.
Then it should generate a folder of the same name, please open it and you should see an enfold folder, please zip this folder.
Then when you upload the theme, use the enfold.zip file instead of the one you downloaded from Enfold.Best regards,

You just need to do the same process.
Just make sure that the account you use to generate the token is the same account that purchased Enfold.
Envato can check the number of Enfold themes you have purchased and they can also track how many you have registered via tokens.Best regards,

I have checked again the link I gave and it says it’s still disabled, you can verify it in the link I posted in the previous message.

Try adding !important, so the code I gave should look like this:

Theme Updates won’t work in that version because envato has changed the system from using API keys to using personal tokens.
Please try to install and activate this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/ and do the following steps:- Make sure this plugin is installed and activated.
- Download zip file of your theme’s most recent version.
- Log in to WordPress as and Admin and go to Appearance > Themes.
- Click on the ADD NEW button.
- Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
- Click BROWSE and choose your zip file you downloaded.
- Click the INSTALL NOW button.
If it fails for some reason, you can do manual updating via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp (I would suggest via cPanel since FTP is slow)

That’s because when WordPress releases major versions some functions are being deprecated, some js files that are being used before are being removed which causes issues on themes and plugins that uses those files, that’s why we also release updates to make sure our theme is compatible with the latest WordPress version. :)

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
