Hi BlueSolution,

I would only suggest the most recent version which is 4.7.6.3 as older versions (except 4.7.6.2) is not fully compatible with WordPress 5.5.
Regarding to your question, it doesn’t matter which site it is for as long as you have downloaded it from themeforest, you can use it.
However, when it comes to theme registration you need to specifically generate the token using the account you used to purchase it.

Theme registration is important because it validates your purchase and allows you to do the theme updates.

2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.

  ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hi cTes,

Thanks for giving the credentials.
I could not log in because of the critical error, so I moved wp mail smtp plugin out of the plugins folder which enabled me to login.
I also noticed that the permalink is set to /%category%/%postname%.html, I replaced it with: /%category%/%postname%/
But still the Error 500 in the console is not fixed.
Can you try to upgrade your PHP version from 7.2 to 7.3? then upgrade Enfold to the latest version 4.7.6.3.
Please make sure to backup first.

Hey Dhanie,

Just to clarify are you referring to your videos not Autoplaying?
Most browsers in recent versions block videos automatically playing especially ones that has audio.
Also most mobile devices do not support video autoplay feature.
When it comes to mobile I suggest using a Fallback Image always.

Please put the credentials in private content (it’s the box or field just below where you placed your reply).

Yes, since WordPress 5.5 has removed the jQuery migrate file which is used in the previous version of Enfold, the Theme Options menu does not show up.
But with the release of Enfold 4.7.6.2, this issue has been addressed, so we advise that you update to the latest version of Enfold (4.7.6.3) to have these patches and resolve the issues caused by the major update of WordPress.

Hi gracedelanoy,

WordPress 5.5 has removed the jQuery migrate file, to temporarily fix this, please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
The latest version of Enfold (4.7.6.3) has already patched those issues, once you have updated to the latest version you won’t need that plugin anymore unless some plugins need the jquery migrate file.

The font used for the icons has been corrupted, I have removed it and updated the same icon font and fixed the homepage.

The backup in our Theme Options only backups the settings but not the whole site.
Consider using popular and reliable plugins for backup such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/

When you purchase Enfold, it doesn’t include a license key for LayerSlider.
What is included in Enfold is the bundled version of Layerslider, if you wish to have the latest version of LayerSlider and unlock its premium features then please purchase their stand-alone version.

Just post the admin credentials in private content so it cannot be seen by the public however the thread creator can view it as well that’s why we advise creating a separate one.
