Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

This seems to be the code that causes the issue on mobile:

@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {
    .responsive #top #wrap_all .grid-sort-container .grid-entry {
        width:48%!important;
        float: left;
    }
}

Try to replace it with:

@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {
    .responsive #top #wrap_all .grid-sort-container .grid-entry {
        width:50%!important;
        float: left;
    }
}

Can you try to downgrade your PHP version to 7.3?
Enfold 4.7.6.3 was released August 15th this year while PHP 7.4.12 was released in Oct. 29 this year, maybe there’s some incompatibility with it.

I have checked on your site and it seems you have already done it.
The only thing I think that remains is to apply it to the child theme so your tweaks/modification won’t be lost during the theme update.

I would suggest to backup first your current version of Enfold, so incase you will have issues then you can revert to that version.
