NikkoNovember 24, 2020 at 3:55 pm in reply to: Can't see my friend's faces on Enfold Facebook Likebox widget #1262718Hi liamgall80,
It doesn’t seem to show anymore.
You can check and test it here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-pluginBest regards,
NikkoHey Keith,
I tried to login with the credentials you gave, however I’m getting:
ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect.Best regards,
NikkoHi daves1997,
You can leave the label empty and just add the code Rikard gave.
Another workaround is to hide the label with CSS.Best regards,
NikkoHi muvolab,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHi bobfurgo,
There are 2 reasons I find why it’s not working atm, first is there’s a similar code (link in private content) in style.css that overrides it.
Then the second one is still invalid code because it should no-repeat with hyphen, I apologize for missing this one.Best regards,
NikkoHi Saru82,
You’re welcome :)
The comment sections is removed.
It’s in the Sidebar in the backend, under Discussions.Best regards,
NikkoNovember 24, 2020 at 3:30 pm in reply to: Woocommerce Layout Problem – tax & shipping information #1262708Hi Alex,
Please try adding this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:
.products .inner_product { text-align: center; } .products .inner_product .inner_product_header { text-align: left; }Best regards,
NikkoHi Talker77,
I have the link and compared the screenshot and it seems to be fixed.
Can you give us a screenshot of the headings you mentioned? so we know how it looks on your end and also know that we are looking on the same element.Best regards,
NikkoHi bobfurgo,
The reason it doesn’t work because the background-image: value is invalid, use background: instead and it should work.
Best regards,
NikkoHi kellyCraftMedia,
We’re glad to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Timo,
The second and third screenshot seems to be similar with: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/blog/blog-default/
You can use Blogposts and set it to Grid Layout.
The first screenshot would need some tweaking with the theme and some CSS codes to achieve.Best regards,

NikkoHi skirpach,
Can you try to add this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { .home #full_slider_1 .avia-slideshow-inner { height: 220px !important; } .home #full_slider_1 .avia-slideshow-inner img { width: auto; max-width: 100%; height: 220px !important; } }Hope it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHey amyteslin,
This seems to be the code that causes the issue on mobile:
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) { .responsive #top #wrap_all .grid-sort-container .grid-entry { width:48%!important; float: left; } }Try to replace it with:
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) { .responsive #top #wrap_all .grid-sort-container .grid-entry { width:50%!important; float: left; } }Best regards,
NikkoHey starlaknapp,
Please go to Enfold > Advanced Styling > (Select an element to customize) set to Small bar above Main Menu, then click on Edit Element button.
Then a setting should appear, then change the Font Family.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHey perfectword,
Can you try to downgrade your PHP version to 7.3?
Enfold 4.7.6.3 was released August 15th this year while PHP 7.4.12 was released in Oct. 29 this year, maybe there’s some incompatibility with it.Best regards,
NikkoHi yohanna16,
Please backup your site first, then try to do the following steps:
1. Login to ThemeForest and download the Enfold theme, right-click over the downloaded zip file and extract/unzip it.
2. It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder
3. Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip
4. Log in to WordPress as and Admin.
5. Install and activate a maintenance plugin and put your site in Maintenance mode.
6. Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty then delete Enfold.
7. Click on the ADD NEW button.
8. Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
9. Click BROWSE and choose enfold.zip file
10. Click the INSTALL NOW button and switch to Enfold or your child theme.
11. Remove the maintenance mode then deactivate and remove the maintenance plugin.Best regards,
NikkoNovember 24, 2020 at 2:42 pm in reply to: Can't edit. "Warning: A non-numeric value encountered" #1262673Hi Greatersun,
Can you try to change it to PHP 7.3 instead?
Best regards,
NikkoHi Tanja,
This is now working.
The reason why it’s not working before was in Enfold > General Styling > Socket (tab) > Changing background color, this was the value there: ##c6a530
Which causes invalid CSS and some setting in Theme Options related to CSS did not work.Best regards,
NikkoHi Erwin,
I can’t see any breadcrumbs on its articles.
Do you want it to look something like the breadcrumbs posted in private content?Best regards,

NikkoNovember 24, 2020 at 11:26 am in reply to: How to put a field from a post in post content element? #1262626Hi jeiceta,
I have checked on your site and it seems you have already done it.
The only thing I think that remains is to apply it to the child theme so your tweaks/modification won’t be lost during the theme update.
Just follow the instructions in the documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#add-elements-to-albBest regards,
NikkoHi Tim,
We’re happy that we could help :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Tanja,
I would suggest to backup first your current version of Enfold, so incase you will have issues then you can revert to that version.
With regards to thrive architect, if it will have an issue, please try the solution posted in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/thrive-architect-not-loading-in-enfold/#post-1244652
A user in this thread said it worked for him: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/pb-editeur-de-formulaire-plugin-thrive-leads-et-enfold/#post-1245655Best regards,
NikkoHi Janne,
We’re happy to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
