Please try Contact Form DB for Enfold, I have tested it and seems to work properly.
It’s a bit old but you can still search it in the Plugins tab.

Yes, you have some permission issues, please make sure the token has the following permissions enabled:
- View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
- View your Envato account username
- View your email address
- View your account profile details
- Download your purchased items
- Verify purchases of your item
- List purchases you’ve made

If you have some caching plugin, please flush out the cache first and temporarily deactivate them, then check.
If that doesn’t work, can you try to go to Enfold > Performance > Javascript file merging and compression set to Disable – no Javascript file merging and compression

No, you can update PHP to 7.2, though I would suggest using 7.3 instead.
As for not updating I believe Victoria meant not to update to WP 5.6 yet as Enfold 4.7.6.4 has issues with the Alternate Mobile Menu.

I see, that’s the default look of Enfold when there’s no content yet.
I believe what you want is to use one of the demos as the base of your site, then go to Enfold > Demo Import > click on the Demo you want to use (also check if the demo recommends or requires a plugin).

Then give us a temporary admin access, just post the credentials in private content.Best regards,

Envato has deprecated API key and it would not work when trying to update themes/plugins from themeforest, it is now using tokens for update and you can generate the token here: https://build.envato.com/create-token/
If you’re using a fairly old version of Enfold, you would need to do manual update first then register theme using the token, you can follow the instructions here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,

Thanks, however, I don’t have access to that email, it’s just our SOP to advise using that email when creating temporary access for us.
I checked on your site again however the CSS code still isn’t reflected.
Can you try to flush out the cache and deactivate caching temporarily and check?
If that doesn’t help then go to Enfold > Performance > CSS file merging and compression set to Disable – no CSS file merging and compressionBest regards,

Yes, it offers the same functionality, you just need to set this in Enfold > Theme Options > Select Your Editor, then set this to Use WP Classic Editor (which is equivalent to the Classic Editor plugin).

I believe you have download the “All files & documentation” instead of “Installable WordPress file only”.
For your current zip file please do the following:
1. right-click over the zip file (downloaded from themeforest) and extract/unzip it.
2. It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder.
3. Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip)
4. Use this to upload in Appearance > Themes.

It seems like the base size of 28px for h2 on your site is large enough since the font itself is larger than usual fonts and also in capital letters.

For that, I have added this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS, to adjust h2 in mobile:@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { #top h2 { font-size: 22px; } }Let us know if you need us to re-adjust it.

Thanks for providing us the admin access.
However, this is not a bug since Masonry was designed to work with post types and not just Woocommerce’s products however the disadvantage of this flexibility is that it tries only to fetch for the featured image and if none is provided then no image is used. The workaround for this is just to set the featured image with a default image.Best regards,

Inside the fullscreen slider, click on the image (each image represents the slide), inside it you should see Advanced tab
Then go to Link Settings > Button 1 Link?, and then Button 2 Link?
