NikkoMarch 30, 2021 at 7:54 am in reply to: Logo won't stop showing when transparent logo should be there #1291236Hi Thomas,
I tried to login with the credentials you gave however it requires some Cloudflare access first, please check.
For the meantime, can you try disable any image optimization plugin? I think it is the cause of the issue on the logo.Best regards,
NikkoHi MMONI,
You’ll need to login in themeforest first.
Then go to https://build.envato.com/create-token/ to generate the token.Best regards,
NikkoHi Joao,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked your Contact Page and the Autorespond Text is left empty, which by default will not send auto-response.Best regards,
NikkoHi silviouk,
Thanks for setting up a staging site for us.
I was able to fix it by switching to a default theme (twenty twenty one) and removed Enfold and uploaded a new one.
You can review the site.Best regards,
NikkoHi sergiostraface,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I was able to check the backend of your site and I could see a lot of js errors which are caused by incompatibility between Enfold 3.7.1 and WordPress 5.7, one other error is caused by Yoast SEO.
I tried to install and activate Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin which fixes the errors but the layout builder is still not working, I think the only option now is to update it to the latest version of Enfold (4.8.1).Please follow the steps below:
Make a backup:
– Site Backup: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/backup-wordpress-site/
– Theme Settings Backup: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/backup-theme-settings/Option 1: Use Envato Market to update your site
– link: https://envato.com/market-plugin/Option 2: Update manually
1. Login to ThemeForest and download the Enfold theme, right-click over the downloaded zip file and extract/unzip it.
2. It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder
3. Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip
4. Log in to WordPress as and Admin.
5. Install and activate a maintenance plugin and put your site in Maintenance mode.
6. Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty then delete Enfold.
7. Click on the ADD NEW button.
8. Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
9. Click BROWSE and choose enfold.zip file
10. Click the INSTALL NOW button and switch to Enfold or your child theme.
11. Remove the maintenance mode then deactivate and remove the maintenance plugin.Register the theme by following the instructions in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Once this is done, the next time you update, you’ll only need to go to Enfold > Theme Updates and click on the Update button.Best regards,
NikkoHi kfranck,
Thanks for giving us admin access and we apologize for the delayed response.
We have done the following steps:
1. We have added in the Blog Posts’ Custom CSS Class this value: small-fonts
2. Then in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS, we added this CSS code:#top #wrap_all .small-fonts .entry-content-header { padding: 10px 30px 10px 0; } #top #wrap_all .small-fonts .entry-title { font-size: 11px; font-family: 'open sans','HelveticaNeue','Helvetica Neue','Helvetica-Neue',Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; } #top #wrap_all .small-fonts .read-more-link { right: 0; }If you need to apply it on another Blog Posts element, you just need to do step 1.
As for the italics you mentioned, I don’t see it using italic, have you already changed it?Best regards,
NikkoHi studiodimedia,

NikkoHi Verena,
I have added this CSS code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1500px) { #top #header .av-burger-overlay .sub-menu, #top #header .av-burger-overlay .av-width-submenu .av-submenu-indicator { display: none !important; } }Please review your site.
Best regards,
NikkoHi John,
I made a typo, it should only be: external-link
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
No, actually just change this part of the code:
jQuery('a.external-link, .external-link a').click(function() {to this:
jQuery('.external-link a').click(function() {The whole code would be:
function add_custom_script(){ ?> <script> jQuery(window).load(function(){ jQuery('.external-link a').click(function() { alert("You're going to a better place."); }); }); </script> <?php } add_action('wp_head', 'add_custom_script');Just add this at the bottom of your child theme’s functions.php file.
Best regards,
NikkoHi TT2495,

NikkoMarch 28, 2021 at 12:48 pm in reply to: Disabling Javascript file merging and compression fixed burger menu problems #1290863Hi Tia,
The issue is most likely caching, try to enable it back after a week then check.
Also, try to flush out if you have some caching plugins enabled or in some hosting it’s built-in.Best regards,

Enfold 4.7.6.4 is not fully compatible with WordPress 5.7.
Please update to the latest version of Enfold (4.8.1) to fix this issue.
Make sure to have a backup first before updating.Best regards,
NikkoHi Daniele,
We’re glad to hear that :)

NikkoHi John,
You can use the same code posted on that thread.
Then go to Appearance > Menus > select Main Menu.
Click Screen Options on the upper right part portion of the page, then check CSS Classes.
Expand the menu item you’d like this to apply, then put external-link to CSS Classes (optional) and save.
Hope this helps.Best regards,

Hi Rudolfsax,
Login to https://themeforest.net/ with the account you used to purchase Enfold then hover over your username/profile on the upper right and click Downloads or you can go to this link: https://themeforest.net/downloads
The latest version of Enfold should be listed there.Best regards,
NikkoHi cpetroff1321,
I could see js errors.
Please update Enfold to the latest version (4.8.1) in order to fix this issue.
If it still does not work or have issues, please disable Javascript file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance.
Also, please make a backup first before updating.If you don’t want to upgrade yet, the workaround is to install and activate Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and set jQUery version to Legacy 1.12.4-wp.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHey Katrin,

Hope it helps.Best regards,
