Thanks for giving us admin access and we apologize for the delayed response.
I tried to fix the issue with CSS (via web inspector) and it seems forcing the width does not help.
I also tried to replicate how it is setup but could not reproduce the issue on my end and the only difference it seems is the version of Enfold.
Can you try to update it to the latest version (4.8.1)? then if there are any issues just disable Javascript file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance.
Also, please don’t forget to make a backup first before updating.

What I meant with I think the font itself is the problem not in a way that font’s file is corrupted since it is read by other devices but maybe it could not be rendered in iphones (but this is just a theory).
I think the workaround is to find a font that’s similarly looking to gothamrounded which works on iphone and other devices.

• View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
• View your Envato account username
• View your email address
• View your account profile details
• Download your purchased items
• Verify purchases of your item
• List purchases you’ve made

Please follow the steps below:

Make a backup:
– Site Backup: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/backup-wordpress-site/
– Theme Settings Backup: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/backup-theme-settings/

You can update WordPress via Dashboard (the order of updating Enfold and WordPress does not matter)

Update Enfold Theme
Option 1: Use Envato Market to update your site

Option 2: Update manually
1. Login to ThemeForest and download the Enfold theme, right-click over the downloaded zip file and extract/unzip it.
2. It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder
3. Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip
4. Log in to WordPress as and Admin.
5. Install and activate a maintenance plugin and put your site in Maintenance mode.
6. Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty then delete Enfold.
7. Click on the ADD NEW button.
8. Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
9. Click BROWSE and choose enfold.zip file
10. Click the INSTALL NOW button and switch to Enfold or your child theme.
11. Remove the maintenance mode then deactivate and remove the maintenance plugin.

Register the theme by following the instructions in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Once this is done, the next time you update, you’ll only need to go to Enfold > Theme Updates and click on the Update button.

That’s also possible.
I’m not quite sure which one is fetched since both ttf and woff are supported.

Try to convert the fonts using online font converters like https://cloudconvert.com/ hopefully this should help with the issue though it’s hard to think that the font file is corrupt since it’s working properly on other devices.
