Hi ImaPappy,
I apologize for the delayed response.
I could not see the image for GhiIzAm but I modified lBqOd4Q so I can point out the CDN URL (which is not appearing on my end) which is supposed to be using the Correct URL (private content).
The Mixed Content Error is basically just your site is using HTTPS however the stylesheet was using HTTP (you can check it on the screenshot), can you try to disable CSS file merging and compression then check Delete old CSS and JS files? and Update the Theme Options? and see if it helps.Best regards,
NikkoHey smiley789654123,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

NikkoHi ImaPappy,
We’re happy to hear that you have a workaround that’s working :)
The URL that I mentioned was the CDN URL on the screenshot you gave previously (I put it in private content) which I believe might be causing the issue.
I think another workaround is just to use the Image element, just edit it and go to Advanced > Link Settings then set Image Link to Set Manually then add the link or set it to Page and choose the page you want to link.
I hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi ImaPappy,
Can you give us a screenshot? (Inspect Element > Console) so we can see if errors still points to that URL.
Best regards,
NikkoHi Alan,
Thanks for the screenshot, it’s good.
Is that on the backend of the homepage?
In your screenshot, I could see Mixed Content however it’s not pointing to the URL of your site, can you try to disable CDN in Godaddy (the URL seems to be from Godaddy’s CDN)? I believe you can do that via cPanel, then check if it helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi phoneware,
Thanks for giving us FTP access.
The error is now fixed (it was due to some corrupted files probably during file transfer).
I tried to check on the backend however the credentials doesn’t seem to work, here’s the full error message:Unknown username. Check again or try your email address.Best regards,
NikkoHi Alan,
I tried to check it again and I noticed the link in Adult Bib was gone when I’m not logged in but when I’m logged in it’s working, clicking on Managed WordPress (black top bar) then Flush Cache seems to have helped.
Now those links seem to be working except for these five items (Artist Supplies, Children’s Robes, Fingertip Towels, Masks and Scarves).
After saving, please try to click on Managed WordPress > Flush Cache.
If that does not help, try using a different browser, for example, Firefox.
If that still doesn’t work, before saving please right-click on any part of the browser click Inspect (this should open a panel) then click Console, screenshot it then post it in private content so we can check it.Best regards,
NikkoHi flordelizamejia,
We’re glad to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great weekend!Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Thanks for providing us with admin access.
Are you referring to this section? (screenshot in private content)
I tried to put a link on the Adult Bib and it worked properly, please try to clear your browser cache, maybe some old js files are being fetched in the browser cache which causes issues.Best regards,
NikkoHi Ric,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
This is now fixed.
The 2nd item in your 2nd Fullscreen Slider is empty, I have removed it and it seems to fix the issue.

NikkoHi Chiefi,
Thanks for giving us admin credentials and I apologize for the delayed response.
I have checked the footer and I can’t seem to find a background graphic placed in there.
A solution that can be used to modify the size of the background image for the footer is via CSS.As for adding your own dimensions for the Slideshow Image Size, first you’ll need to use a child theme so the modification won’t be removed during the theme update.
You can download and find instructions for the child theme here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/
Then in the child theme’s functions.php file, add this code:add_image_size( 'custom-size', 220, 180 );For further information regarding this function, please check the codex: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/add_image_size/
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHey flordelizamejia,
Yes, please add this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS:
#page-submenu li.current-menu-item, #page-submenu li.current-menu-item > a { background-color: #982038; color: #fff; border-left: 0; }Best regards,
NikkoHi ImaPappy,
We’ll check on it, please include the username as well.
Best regards,
NikkoHi christiemade,
It does not load on the first dev site because the child theme requires some plugin.
As for the second dev site, I checked on it and it seems some of the CSS in there is actually causing the issue, I did see it jump beyond the accordion header but after I removed the styles in style.css it worked properly, I have saved it just in case you don’t have a backup on it but there’s too many CSS so it would take time to troubleshoot which specific CSS is causing the issue.Best regards,
NikkoHi metafora29,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
Please update Enfold to the latest version (4.8.7.1), currently you are using 4.1.2 which is not compatible with WordPress 5.8.1
Also, please make sure to backup your site first before updating to the latest version.
You can check our changelog here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/changelog/Best regards,
NikkoHi phoneware,
Please give us FTP access as well, so we can try to troubleshoot it.
Just post the credentials in private content.Best regards,
NikkoHi sitesme,

NikkoHi Constanze,
You’re welcome :)

NikkoHi agentur2c,
The logo URL is pointing to the cropped logo, please change it’s value (use the replace with value in private content).
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi daki22,
Yes it’s possible, however, we would need to see the page and have more context, so we can give you a more specific and accurate css.
Best regards,
NikkoHi aksutep,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I just checked your site and it seems to have already imported the Default Demo.
Is this already done?Best regards,
NikkoHi christiemade,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have installed this plugin: Health Check & Troubleshooting and created a test page.
It seems the issue is in the child theme, you can verify this by enabling troubleshooting (in plugins via Health Check and Troubleshooting) then switch the theme to Enfold (parent theme), then open the test page and you would not see any issue. Here’s what I’ve tried:
1. Use Enfold theme and all plugins are disabled (result: works properly)
2. Use Enfold theme and all plugins are enabled (result: works properly)
3. Use Child theme and only Advanced Custom Fields is enabled (result: has that jump to the top issue)Best regards,
