Hi @Gilbert,
Which version of Android and phone specifically?
Cheers!
DevinHi renanmufalo!
You would need to manually change their order on that element.
Best regards,
DevinI’m pretty weak on javascript but I’ll tag some of the other support crew who may be able to help.
Hi!
You would need to use a third party plugin like this one to get that kind of control of your widgets: http://wordpress.org/plugins/display-widgets/
The theme by itself doesn’t have that depth of control for your sidebars/widgets.
Regards,
DevinHey topergarden!
No not that I know of. I’ll tag the topic for the head of support who may know of a filter that will work on an individual page.
Cheers!
DevinFebruary 24, 2014 at 5:10 pm in reply to: Layer Slider Doesn't Stay Responsive when I rotate on iPhone #228557Hi!
A quick aside: our support queue here through the forums goes by oldest response to newest. So each time you self bump it sends your topic to the end of our queue. We occasionally check new topics on the other end to look out for any major issues but its much less often.
As for your issue I believe its an issue with LayerSlider itself and the current version that is included with the theme. The slideshow doesn’t view the rotation as a change in size or an event that needs to re-adjust its contents until another slide is loaded in. In the next update I’ve been told there is a change in the LayerSlider plugin so that it responds a bit better.
Best regards,
DevinHey!
They have another page loading into that section through an iframe. What you can do on your site is give that color section a unique ID in the developers ID field (at the bottom of the color section options when editing its information.
Then add a background to that ID with css. For example:
#my-custom-colorsection { background-color: #fff; }
Regards,
DevinThere is no difference that I know of between them.
Hey jvines!
You would use the Fullscreen slideshow element from the Avia Layout Builder. See the first element here for an example: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/homepage/home-v7-one-page-portfolio/
Regards,
DevinHey Js-interactive!
You can change it through the theme options. See: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-the-footer-text-and-link/
If you are using a child theme you don’t need to modify it on updating. You only replace and modify the parent.
Regards,
DevinI don’t know if that is a peculiarity with the browser or not. I don’t have any testing route specifically for dolphin but I do know that with the current version of LayerSlider we have in 2.5 the landscape/portrait horizontal switching with LayerSlider can be a bit touchy. The next release will have the 5.0 update of LayerSlider which has some fixes and new functionality in place for it but we don’t have an ETA on it right now.
As for the logo stretching, you can try:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive .logo img { width: auto !important; max-width: 100% !important; height: 100% !important } }
Hi!
Update the theme to 2.5.4 and then clear all cache that you have through your browser and any server side plugins or WordPress plugins that are running. Each of the past 2.5 updates has added additional fixes and support for video content and 2.5.4 has had sucess on just about all cases.
Best regards,
DevinHey!
Yes you can load a different lightbox script via a child theme but I don’t have the link to one that has a pre-done example off hand. I’ve tagged the topic for Peter as he made one a while back using a different script entirely that will serve as a better example for a quick how-to.
Cheers!
DevinHi aovivo!
It should be inheriting the themes styles but if you can provide a link to your site we can target those ares specifically with some css and you can use that to customize it as needed.
Regards,
DevinHey!
I don’t know of any way to change how the image resizes without removing the themes auto image adjustment theme and site wide. The width/height are set to auto and max-width: 100% so that images fit no matter the screen size. You can use column shortcodes or css style to constrain them further automatically but the size set with WordPress’s visual editor will not have enough priority to overwrite the theme setting.
For example you could do:
#top .slide-entry .slide-entry-excerpt.entry-content img { width: 60%; height: inherit; }
This will force all of your images in the slide entries to have images 60% of the container size.
Cheers!
DevinHi!
I’ll ask Peter to take a look at it. Not sure if it will be included as partially done or not.
Regards,
DevinHey elbnetz!
My guess would be that the css isn’t specific enough to take priority. Though the Quick CSS should be loading into a file with the same level of priority.
If you can provide a link to your site showing the child theme active with css in the style.css that isn’t working we can see whats going on.
Cheers!
DevinFebruary 24, 2014 at 3:16 pm in reply to: How to edit credits – Copyright – Kriesi.at – in the footer #228480Hi!
Its exactly as mentioned above and in the documentation here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-the-footer-text-and-link/
You don’t need to edit the footer.php at all.
Regards,
DevinHi!
I don’t know of any that you would be able to change the detection for. Mobile browser in general will do a full page render on first load for better feeling performance but I don’t think there would be a way to prevent that from happening.
Regards,
DevinHi Imburr!
Kriesi uses this one on his site: Better WordPress Minify – http://wordpress.org/plugins/bwp-minify/
I’ve never had a need to minify via a plugin before so I don’t have any experience with it to create a guide or anything at this point.
I’ll ask Kriesi about it and see if he can share how he has the demo set up but the last time he posted about it he said the above plugin was the only thing he uses and it was nothing special in the setup.

DevinFebruary 24, 2014 at 3:48 am in reply to: Full screen background : alt for IE – a still image ? #228319Hey Tim!
Can we see the page live? I have a native IE8 I keep installed and will see if there is an issue.
Best regards,
DevinHi EPDeu!
I don’t know if that is at all possible with WordPress. I don’t think a single post/page can have 2 different comment threads.

DevinFebruary 24, 2014 at 3:43 am in reply to: Color section video background not working after 2.5.3 update #228312@zahedi – Can you try disabling all active plugins and trying again? There is a lot of potential for conflict with overlapping functionality/js/caching going on. I was able to play mp4 and vimeo videos but youtube videos weren’t loading for me. Not sure if a plugin conflict with that specifically could be the cause.
For anyone else if we can please log in and look at things first hand it will be the most helpful way to get things sorted out. Also if its happening on a specific browser/OS as well.
Hey hybridsmallbiz!
No, the theme should not be cutting content off on any device unless there has been a modification to make it do so. If we can see the site live we can inspect the code and see what might be causing the issue.
Regards,
DevinHey sailboat907!
The theme doesn’t have any major interaction with the menus manager beyond adding the options for the Mega Menu so it shouldn’t be having any effect with a page showing or not showing.
Make sure that the page is published and not a draft and then make sure that when looking at the list of pages to add you click on Show All to see all pages and not just recent items. Just to make sure you can see all pages and are able to scroll down through them all.
Regards,
DevinHi Lene!
Typically this is an issue with a low memory threshold for WordPress. Try increasing your php memory limit to 96m+ and that should prevent it from happening.
See: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/

DevinFebruary 24, 2014 at 3:19 am in reply to: Problem Solution insertion videos on second demo "Home-V9 – Videos a parallax" #228298Hi Carlos!
I’ve done one for the color sections already here: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/86284134
And went over lightly that the slideshows now have video capability here: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/86511620
The main issues we’ve seen users running into isn’t with the how-to but with the output of video content. I am planning on doing another video covering each video type if once everything is stable.
Best regards,
DevinHi!
As far as I know its an issue specifically with LayerSlider which we aren’t the developers for. Its an included plugin that the theme has support and I believe what is happening is that the rotation switch isn’t able to readjust without the slide going to the next item.
The next update to the theme updates LayerSlider as well and in that version of the plugin the fix is included.

DevinFebruary 23, 2014 at 4:47 pm in reply to: Color section video background not working after 2.5.3 update #228132Hi!
Can everyone update to 2.5.4 and then re-set your youtube/vimeo/html5 video links on the specific section (re-add in the link and save that element on the page).
Make sure that the youtube links are in the format youtube.com/watch?v= and then the video id and not the youtu.be/ .

DevinFebruary 23, 2014 at 4:44 pm in reply to: remove product sorting on shop category pages in enfold #228131Hey!
I’m still not clear on what you are looking to have done. The css above hides the sorting on woocommerce pages that present themselves as category archives but does *not* hide it on the general shop page.
From your examples the facsimilie-books-shop shows the sorting but the product-category/new does not.
Ultimately if you need a custom solution you would need to hire a freelance developer as this is already outside what we cover through support. Hiding the sorting options through css is doable and simple as long as the page has selectors we can grab on to. But within WooCommerce or the theme there isn’t an option to show/hide them on specific pages at will.
