I’m using Chrome on PC but also tried Firefox. I just see the Eiffel Tower background (no video) on the second one too.

I don’t see a second video slide on your test page, just the photo backdrop of London. I am also using Enfold 7.1.3 and WP 6.8.3.

Turning off the video controls didn’t make any difference in this instance I’m afraid.

Hi Rikard,

We have the same security plugins (iThemes & Sucuri) on over a hundred sites that show the updates just fine. I temporarily disabled to check but the update still did not show.

I just replaced those files in three 4.5.2 installs and now they won’t show me the update to 4.5.3 as available (even force check/check manually).

Will this be fixed in a future version? What does this workaround specifically do? We have 80+ Enfold sites and I really don’t want to do this to each one.

OK so they lay the blame with yourselves:

We’ve investigated the issue and it seems to be related to a recent update of Enfold, that seems to be making an excessive number of requests to download the latest version of the theme, and hence hitting the daily limit.

We’ve contacted Enfold’s author to let them know about the issue and hopefully they should release a fix soon, though we’ll have to allow them some time to investigate and implement it.
