That is most probably because some files been replaced so they did and you for the font size issue :)
We are here to help, the solution is:.template-page .entry-content-wrapper h2 { font-size: 16px !important; }

What you want to do, is to also make the section area, to go below the sidebar.
That would require some modifications ( and pretty advanced to be honest ).

WPML team has contacted us and they do have all the informations required to work the things out.
I am sure we will have something as soon as possible, but it is not something we can do a lot from our side, to be honest.
For example, different other plugins ( PolyLang ) works just fine, so we are not sure on how we can debug every 3rd party plugin.We appreciate the patience although as we work things out
