so I replaced all your theme files via FTP and I checked again the site I’ve created for you and it works totally fine for me. I can save, make adjustments and changes, etc.

If that doesn’t help, then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

I made some more testings and I still think that there are some corrupted files inside your installation. Sending us your current FTP data doesn’t help, as we need FTP access, to be able to delete and upload new data.

currently there is no captcha built inside of Enfold, so feel free to make a feature request about it. One thing you could try is to create such a form using Mailchimp and then generate a code, which you paste into Enfold’s Code Block element.

please try to import the demo at least 10 times in a row. There might show some errors, but just continue with importing until it works.

leider nein, wir empfehlen generell mit Mailchimp zu arbeiten, aber hört sich an, als wenn du etwas darüber hinaus suchst. Vielleicht gibt es ein Plugin da draußen mit solch einer Funktion.

das sollte nicht passieren, wenn du lediglich den Enfold Ordner via FTP löschst. Alle Inhalte etc. sind nämlich in deiner Datenbank gespeichert.

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Also check if one of your customizations is causing this issue. Deactivate your child theme and activate default Enfold theme instead. Also remove any custom code, to check if one is causing it.

please keep everything up to date inside your backend, especially the theme.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem. If it doesn’t then any customizations you’ve done are causing this issue, so remove all of them to check if this is true.Best regards,

there is are no more special functions in Grid Row element than with any other default element from ALB. However, we would still like to check it, to fully understand what you mean. So again: please provide us admin access.

providing us support ticket number doesn’t help much, as there are many tickets with this number. Instead provide us a precise link.
