    PlugIn installed, newest version of Enfold (4.5) BUT:
    “Der Link, dem du gefolgt bist, ist abgelaufen.
    Bitte versuche es nochmal.”

    9 Licences and all of them with that error? On dev.-/staging.- and http://www.-Installations? (=27)
    What the hell can I do?

    Updated 10 enfold sites I’m running okay, but have problems with 2 of them while trying to validate Envato private token. Error says:

    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)

    Any suggestions? Thx Jo

    Hello,
    i have over 50 enfold installations for my clients and just want to know whether the question has been answered if I need for every purchase a unique token or not.
    I tried it on two installations with the same token and it worked. But I’m not sure if it is the right method. Hope I don’t need different token for every themelicene!

    Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.5 has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    I updated the theme successfully, but I have a problem with creating a new private token.
    I made one alright but the theme update panel says:

    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    I clicked the following rights when creating the token:

    View and search Envato sites
    View your Envato Account username
    View your email address
    View your account profile details
    Download your purchased items
    Verify purchases of your items
    List purchases you’ve made
    Verify purchases you’ve made
    View your purchases of the app creator’s items

    I would have thought that that’s enough?

    Any ideas?

    Could you clarify this with envato with the 1 private token for all customer sites?

    But i think: The better would be: every customer has their own token, with their own username, not all with my name.
