Hi there, I have not visited my website in quite a while now (I believe a few years as it says: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.0.7) ) – but now need to update it, but when manually checking for update it doesn’t allow me – I have my themeforest API key in the Enfold Theme update area, but don’t remember my old Theme Forrest account information, as I have a new one with them and in the download history of a new account there’s no Enfold to download. What can I do to download latest Enfold for manual update?

Hi artemrepin,

Sorry for the late reply and for the problem, you can always download the latest version of the theme in your Themeforest account. If you don’t have access to that then you need to contact Themeforest directly.

The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Hi db151mod,

Are you overriding things in WooCommerce from your child theme? If so then you need to check those overrides if there’s something you might need to update.
