Hi, I am getting an error when updating the them. I see that an FTP update is recommended, but the problem is that I inherited this website and I do not have the required login to download the file. In the configuration on the site I have the information below.
Please help. The error that I am getting:
An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
You will need access to the theme files to do this of course, would you be able to get the files from whoever bought the theme license?

RikardSorry, all the links that you have sent say “Purchase code hidden if logged out” and when I go to login it says I need a purchase code to register. I inherited this site when I started work at Nutraceutical and don’t have the purchase code that was given. I only have the private content listed below.

Thanks for the update, if you don’t have access to the theme files then I think it would be best if you purchased another license. Otherwise you will have the same problem each time you want to update.
