I am completely self taught at this whole web design and development stuff. But Enfold makes it really easy and fun. I love this template and I am excited to see how my site evolves over time as I learn more about all of the options! Thanks!!!
October 12, 2015 at 1:06 pm #517313well @freepixelweb : you don’t need a hardcoded thing for that if you are only thinking bout such a blur effect.
If you are using f.e. the shrinking logo effect there comes a new class to the header which you can use for the starting of a transition effect.make a colorsection (maybe 100% of screenheight) give a class to that colorsection (in my case imgblur) try:
#header.header-scrolled + #main #av_section_1 { filter: blur(5px); -webkit-transition: 2s -webkit-filter linear; -moz-transition: 2s -moz-filter linear; -o-transition: 2s -o-filter linear; transition: 2s filter linear; }
you can see it here:

October 12, 2015 at 5:19 pm #517537@Guenni007 what I have is:
#header.header-scrolled + #main #fullscreen_slider_0 { filter: blur(5px); -webkit-filter': 'blur(5px); -webkit-transition: 2s -webkit-filter linear; -moz-transition: 2s -moz-filter linear; -o-transition: 2s -o-filter linear; transition: 2s filter linear; }
>> No change… sorry
October 12, 2015 at 5:47 pm #517547-webkit-filter’: ‘blur(5px); -> -webkit-filter: blur(5px);
It’s work… but the transition no.

October 13, 2015 at 12:13 pm #518015sorry: here is the rest and the missing imgblur class of that color section ( you want to have that effect ) to make it specific
#header.header-scrolled + #main #av_section_1.imgblur { -webkit-filter: blur(5px); -moz-filter: blur(5px); -o-filter: blur(5px); filter: blur(5px); -webkit-transition: 2s -webkit-filter linear; -moz-transition: 2s -moz-filter linear; -o-transition: 2s -o-filter linear; transition: 2s filter linear; }
on safari for Windows it does not work at all

Thanks for the compliment!The stripes are transparent areas which play an animated background image when hovered.
Hope we could help!

How did you customized the sortable tab (with portfolio items) on your werke page, cause it looks very nice!- This reply was modified 9 years, 2 months ago by Devo.

We are glad you like it!It’s pretty simple:
Just play around with the paddings & margins of the filters and add a border(“av-masonry-sort a”) and set the seperators to display:none (avia_show_sort). If you want you can add some stylings for the hover too of course. Use this class to style the active filter: “active_sort”.Hope this helps

JeanOctober 16, 2015 at 6:43 pm #520232I have purchased several Enfold licenses for our clients. Here are a couple of Enfold sites we have built:
– http://chaseflooring.com
– http://foreverstyled.com
– http://heartaranch.com
– http://oldgloryranch.com
– http://genesysspine.com
– http://twohotmamas.comOctober 23, 2015 at 5:10 pm #523993October 23, 2015 at 5:15 pm #523999October 27, 2015 at 4:12 am #525287I love the demos that have been put out. I really like to see how creative people get with using the elements, very inspiring. I think the Church demo is so very cool how it has everything laid out and the way they incorporated the music into the website is very nicely done.
What are some of the demos in the works?
Can’t wait to see what comes out next!!
October 27, 2015 at 7:27 pm #525759Hey guys,
I have posted my site before, but I have redesigned it completely using some of the new enfold elements, and I think I have been able to create some really interesting page templates that I have not yet seen in the examples shown or in the theme demos. Thought some of you might appreciate the inspiration.
My home page (Creative use of “Grid Rows” and magazine/masonry elements to keep the user engaged as the scroll)
My Blog (Using color sections, grid row and masonry elements to create a unique blog layout template)
About (Grid rows and animated numbers create unique about page experience)
Work Site (Fixed backgrounds inside of color sections allow for interesting transitions between elements)Enfold is hands down the best WordPress theme on the market, and it has allowed me to continually update and optimize my website over the last few years. I feel like team Kriesi is my outsourced development team, and their work just gets better with each update.
#MuchLove
October 27, 2015 at 8:51 pm #525797Very nice, love the layouts. Nice use of colors too.
If you add this to your video URL you will get rid of the suggest videos at the end: ?rel=0&autoplay=1&
If it doesn’t work for you in the video element try using the code element with the video embedded.
Thanks for sharing your site!!
October 28, 2015 at 12:55 am #525858Hi together,
I´d like to show you my new website too, created with enfold. It´s a bit different as the most other sites. My business is to shop online for elder people or people with a handicap. However, the page and the service is only available in German. I look forward to feedback anyway.
Best regards from germany,
LarsOctober 28, 2015 at 2:20 am #525869I like the scroll down Lars, you have a lot of information represented there.
I really like the way you staggered the circled images in the first white section, nice!!
Thanks.
October 28, 2015 at 2:46 am #525871Hey Micheal,
i have to thank you! :-)
Best, Lars
October 31, 2015 at 2:37 am #527802Howdy ladies & gentleman,

Here is one of mine:

AlexanderNovember 3, 2015 at 10:35 am #529083Nice website Alexander!
I like the boxes with transparent borders and the images in the grid rows seem to cover more cells. Did you achieve all that only by using the Avia builder or did you do some custom work?
Regards,
MoniqueNovember 3, 2015 at 12:23 pm #529127@Monique, take a look, some custom css is used :
#top .custom-css-class:hover { box-shadow: 0 0 42px 5px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.16); transition: all 0.6s ease-in-out 0s; } #top .custom-css-class { transition: all 0.4s ease-in-out 0s; } #top .sc-pt-image { box-shadow: 0 0 42px 5px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.16); transition: all 2s ease-in-out 0s; } #top .sc-pt-image { margin-right: -200px !important; width: 350px !important; } #top .sc-pt-image:hover { transform: scale(1.04, 1.04); transition: all 2s ease-in-out 0s; }
November 3, 2015 at 1:29 pm #529207Nice Alexander!
How do you get the home icon at the header menu?
November 3, 2015 at 2:04 pm #529261@jumamedia, simple use a entypo-fontello in place of home text, like this :
<span class="av-icon-char" data-av_iconfont="entypo-fontello" data-av_icon="" aria-hidden="true" style="font-size:18px;line-height:18px;"></span>
Regards.
JeanNovember 5, 2015 at 12:00 pm #530709Hi guys,
I finished this site for a client a few months ago, using Enfold.
http://www.syniaditsolutions.co.uk/:)
For this particular project it was great to use!
November 5, 2015 at 12:06 pm #530710Hey Raymmar.. love the site! Think it is very engaging! :)
Did you just use the tools that were there? No custom coding?
