Enfold Feature Requests

Please give us an option to choose NO featured image for a single post.
They can be removed with css, but a proper theme option is so much more elegant.

Please add functionality for Masonry to be added in a layout section rather than just full-width.

It’s useful as full-width, but looks out of kilter with the rest of the site which all sits nicely within e.g. the colour sections with consistent edges / padding.

Saw your new website at http://kriesi.at/ and thought it was great! Have some feature requests from what I saw on your site.

Feature requests:
-The OR button where there are two options to select from.
-The social media buttons that flip open to show stats.
-The circle wheel slider where you hover and it shows content in the middle.

I’m also interested in a non-fullwidth masonry grid.

Also interesting for the fullwidth masonry would be to enter a max width px of the images so they aren’t stretch too much. Right now, in some browser widths my images (thumbs not more than 320 px or so) are stretched to twice the size or even more. This results in a very blurry and ugly presentation, especially since on that same size there could easily be more columns.

+3 for for the same header with social media icons on the side.

I do know a similar way of getting it working, though, only it doesn’t sit on the right of the search but in between main menu and search, so it’s not right. You can just add the icon (font version) as a custom link to your main menu.

It would be terrific if we had the option to add either next/previous arrows or bullets to the testimonial slider, so that users could toggle through them at will rather than waiting for the timer to cycle.

Can you make the enfold theme compatible with managewp.com. I believe they use an iframe to load the theme but when it loads the theme options does not work for enfold.

Enfold is a powerful theme with great features. Thank you for coding it very clean and well! :) However, I don’t think the shopping cart view box that appears briefly in the top right corner, after adding an item to the cart, is enough for people to notice “how” to find their items in the cart.

FEATURE REQUEST:
When someone adds a product to the cart, instead of the box appearing in the top right corner for a short moment, have the box to be shown at the center of the screen for a few seconds, and then float to the position of where the cart icon is at on the top right of the page. Can you help me with this? This would draw peoples attention to where it is at and be a great benefit for the shoppers. Perhaps have an option in the theme panel to enable or disable animation for the cart, so others can choose the one to use.

Will you help by adding this to the next release? I believe it will help a lot with people identifying where the cart and checkout is.

Hi all,

I’m trying to use a better lightbox for the Enfold template. I installed Responsive Lightbox (http://www.dfactory.eu/plugins/responsive-lightbox/) which is a great solution for swiping images on mobile devices and much more appealing than the standard lightbox that comes with Endfold/wordpress.

Unfortunately after install it, I’m getting duplicated light boxes: the original and the “responsive lightbox” as well.
Does anyone come up with a solution for this?, is there any responsive lightbox that works well with the theme?

I would appreciate an answer.

i just visualised that it would be very cool if the Galley lightens up as we go down, and not just when we are in the end of it, that could be some meters on a pad or smartphone.
That the animation follow the flow in real time :)
