I tried that and it didn’t work for me. I’ll show you what I’m trying to do. I have a temp gallery set up for demonstration.
When I click on the main image to open the gallery, the gallery image doesn’t open full size. It opens smaller, with the option of clicking on the arrow cluster upper right to enlarge to full size. I want the gallery images to be full size no matter what.

Please let me know if there’s a workaround, or if I didn’t implement the workaround you gave me above correctly.

Hi,
I downloaded the latest version 1.4 as mentioned in the version.txt
I do not see any change in the version even after uploading the theme folder twice.
And that’s because the style.css says 1.3.1
There are still no triangles in the portfolio layout.
And the thumbnails are very blurry and behaving very strange in displaying images with the same sizes.
After re-saving the styling I see that the background header image is still not working correctly.
And the tab issue in the mobile view is there again.
Are the files on Themeforest updated?

Posts don’t have the same capability as the pages with regard to the advanced layout editor. So you aren’t able to do the same complex layouts without using regular shortcodes at this point.
So, for example if you want a small easy slider you first add a layout shortcode and then add the easy slider shortcode with the smaller image option inside the smaller layout. Ex:

I am using Nextend Image Magnifier on a single image. I have used the text box to insert the media. The auto lightbox conflicts with the magnifier..they both function on rollover. How do I disable the lightbox for just this one image.

Hi Chris,
The layer slider is actually already a plugin of sorts within the theme and as far as I know that isn’t support for it at the moment. It might be possible with some custom css and media queries but it would need to be customized specifically for each instance of the slider and slide (even then I think it would still try and load both but only show the smaller one).
But with that level of customization it would need to be done by a freelance developer as we aren’t able to get into that level of customization via support.

Generally no, I don’t think so but I’m not sure what license Kriesi has those images under (if its transferable or not). I’ll tag the topic for Kriesi however as he will be able to give a definitive answer one way or another.

PORTFOLIO
Ive been trying everything but I cant seem to adjust the grid text font colors and the box background colours. Its inheriting the parameters from the Enfold Styling but I need to change it as its on a different background.
As a test could it be totally be removed (thus leaving only a grid of images) and the descriptor text placed on a rollover in grid box itself (over the corresponding image)?
In the Portfolio itself, where is the grid box rollover ‘curved arrow’ kept and can I change this for my own graphic?
FOOTER
Id like to put a decorative line (as used on the other codes for things like a portfolio grid etc) next to each Footer Widget. I have x3 widgets in the footer and each has a title. Id like a single line to extend to the right to fill the space to the right for the entire column width

The only thing I see that is different between the two is the second one (the incorrect one) has the image set to align center from within the text block it is put inside.
So i’m not sure if that is the issue or if you have changed the layout since posting.

Each portfolio is a visual group of the individual portfolio items. So if you are using pages, they won’t show as a portfolio. You need to create a portfolio item from the Portfolio custom post type menu in the main wordpress menu (on the left hand side of the screen).
Then for each portfolio item, you add a featured image which will be used as the preview image in the portfolio overview.

Hi, I love the Enfold theme you created and I am currently working with how I would like to use the LayerSlider. I create for mobile first so I am testing the new design and performance on cellphones. I currently have a need to swap the image that is loaded as background for layerslider for mobile devices as I am using full width on the images. The fullsize images should be at least 1920 width images to give full quality on a PC computer. However, this is too heavy to load on mobile devices so I would like to have a responsive break on 900px and exchange the full image with slideimage_900.jpg and maybe the same on even more sizes to reduce the amount of KB loaded to the device.
Is this supported in the theme or layerslider? Is there a 3rd party plugin that we could use with the theme to make this happen? That would be the perfect feature for this theme to give the best possible experience to both mobile and desktop user.

No, that’s not possible at the moment because the content container width (1210px or 1030px – depends on the layout) will limit the map width. Images are set as background images – that’s why an image can also exceed the container width.

Simple request: I love the option for sidebar navigation (for nested subpages) but in a site with lot’s of pages (and nested pages) that link across one another, it can get confusing. To aid the user in navigation please can you add the name of the parent page as a header to the nested subpage navigation?
Topic: Using a third-party slider
I’m having a very difficult time with layer slider. My previews look great but when I insert the slider into my homepage the layers in the slider make up their own rules. Image layers are all crowded to the right before they animate in and text layers ignore their positioning and font size properties. So I tried using a different slider (Mega-Slider – pretty new one, just released on codecanyon) and I can’t get it to appear full width. From my fairly limited knowledge of css it appears that the page’s container is what is limiting its size.
Please tell me what I can do to fix this, or if you have some explanation regarding layer slider’s wonkyness I’ll take that too!

Hi,
No, you can pick any pattern or background you want on the admin panel. The code above fixes the header when you scroll down the page. It will display a white header with no image background or pattern. I’m still not sure why it is not rendering the background image when scrolled but at least you don’t have a transparent header when you scroll down.

Yes, that is true. EasySlider doesn’t have the Stretch image option. Use the Fullwidth EasySlider.

For me it helped to rebuild the thumbnails “after” installing woocommerce. There is a nice plugin that does this with only one click. (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/)
That can help at least for the image size problems. But it really looks like that the shops is not properly themed at all.
