Hello Devin,
Thanks for the update. I have used the regeneate-thumbnails plugin, and currently have woocommerce catalog single product image set to 600×999 px, but there is still no change to the product image.
If you are to shrink the responsive design to mobile size on your desktop browser, the mobile image will be larger than the standard “full page” single product image.
Is there any CSS that controls the single product image size other than the woocommerce catalog image options?

Hi guys,
We’ve now got most of our new site up on our live server and I’ve very happy overall. However, I have found some pretty major bugs and need some help urgently. For reference, we’re now using the very latest version of Enfold too.
The most important issues are
1. Icon List
The content for these components just keeps disappearing completely and randomly. Many of our page designs include two column layouts featuring a unique instance of the listbox component in each column, not sure if that helps or not here. If I edit a list item and save the page it will usually work as expected. The problem is if I leave the page and then come back to at a later time frequently ALL traces of the list components will be missing from the page editor and interface. If I click ‘Update’ the content is completely deleted too? As we have many pages containing the list items and the site is now live, please can someone help me to find a solution here as I’ve had to rebuild at least three pages twice over information from past page revisions.
2. Icon Boxes
Still experiencing weird rollover effects on images added to Iconboxes even though you said this had been resolved? For example, even if you add an image that is exactly the perfect size for the Iconbox and add a link to it, when you mouse over it the image shifts down the page a little.
3. Buttons just don’t show up in IE8, as in at all? All I can see if a blank space where they should be, could this be because of RGBA colour values which aren’t supported etc?

I’ll try and get one this week if possible.
For now, when you go to a portfolio item to edit it you should see on the right hand side of the page a meta box labeled “Featured Image”. If you click on the link in the meta box to add a featured image you’ll then give that portfolio item a designated image to show in the 3 column layout.
Just repeat for each portfolio item.

Can you point out with a screenshot what space you mean? I don’t see anything out of the ordinary on my end so maybe its a browser/OS specific thing or I’m just missing it.

Love this theme! I have been working with it for a few months now and honestly, I’m impressed.
I haven’t had any issues with the Enfold theme until I made the latest update, but even still, they are small issues.
If you could please let me know how I can fix these issues I would be very appreciative.
(1) I have this issue consistently on every page with an image gallery:
When the page loads an image gallery, the first image caption is displayed incorrectly below the big image.
This only happened when I updated the theme.

hi my images when placed on a page are aligning to the right side of the screen on IE 9.0.8. these are just the image content placeholders and not aligned in any kind of 1 or 2 (or more) column containers

You just need to be careful when modifying the data. It was the original reason Kriesi explained to us at least that it isn’t on by default.

It would be great to be able to add a class to buttons so that we can take advantage of the fact that you already have PrettyPhoto integrated.
That way visitors can open iframes, videos, images etc. within a lightbox by clicking a button element.
Another solution would be to add some these options within the button edit area. For example:
Open link in lightbox? Yes/No
Width of lightbox: X (mainly for iframe)
Height of lightbox: X (mainly for iframe)

Topic: Blog videos preview?
Hey guys,
Sorry to bother you again, a slightly easier question now. I used to see the video previews on the blog page (tomuytterhoeven.be/blog) they are gone now though. All posts with videos are configured as video posts. So how does it come I cannot see the preview anymore? Because if I put a featured image and open up the post, than it covers part of the video :)

You can make your logo image go all the way to the edge of the actual file instead of having spacing. Otherwise the logo size is determined by the container size.

It seems to answer my exact question ‘How do I disable the lightbox image popup from the featured image. This popup is currently triggered on the ajax portfolio after a portfolio image is selected. I see the ajax preview with the large image. This image has the lightbox popup and this is exactly what I want to disable’.

Try following code – it will affect the single portfolio pages only:

I don’t really want to switch to debug mode because ‘as I understand it’ it can break the database if you mess with the code from Avia Builder? Is that correct?
I will over write all the files on the next update and let you know what that does. After that I will turn off all my plugins and see if I still get the problem. Sound good?

Explanation:
In the screenshot I have shown the homepage 5 times. The big image is a fullscreen easy slider. Apparently IE8 doesn’t put the image width to full width (resolution 1680 x 1050). Instead of letting the image repeat itself, I’d prefer to turn off repeat so the image just has whitespace on the sides.
As seen in the screenshot, the sides still fade in, but once it’s 100% opacity it disappears again. I need to turn off the fade-in so it’s blank from the start. Of course, the center image fades in too, but i’ve kept it at 100% opacity throughout the screenshot in order to better separate the repeated sides.
How can I eliminate the unwanted space that occurs below the images just under the rotating header? http://bit.ly/12D6erM
Also, how can I attach a custom class to those images?

Hey! Just got a reply from Nick that he tried to fix the issue but gave up after about half an hour becasue fixing one thing resulted in 2 others beeing broken. We are both not sure what exactly is the problem here but some of the cusomizations or plugins are probably the root.
At this point you are probably better off hiring a developer on microlancer.com for 2-3 hours, brief him what you want to accomplish and let him do the heavy lifting. Unfortunately this seems to be to big of a deal for the default support we can provide :/

Hi sandboxes,
1) The Theme Options>General Settings>Blog Style dropdown will need to be set to Grid Layout for the default blog layout to be a grid. If you want the grid to only be on a single page, the page should not be the one chosen in the main theme options under blog (since that page inherits the layout chosen in the General Settings).
2) This is a color section with a fixed image background. This video re-creates the effect about half way through :https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/64927358
3) The footer has some default content just to show a bit of space. You can add blank text widgets to each of the footer widget areas to clear out the default content.

Topic: ajax portfolio preview
Hello, I am wondering if there is anyway to change the AJAX portfolio preview to where when you click and it pops up the preview that it will just display the text, and no image in a 1 column format. The way it is now, it displays your slideshow/gallery on left and text on right. I want to just fill that space with text. Thanks.
I now see what appears to be the problem. I was trying to insert an image into a Text Block in the Advanced Layout Editor. The “Insert into page” button works fine if I’m inserting it into the Image media element. Sorry guys. False alarm.

I wanted to disable fade in animation for the gallery thumbnails for the first time scrolling page.
Theme provides control to do it for Images but not for galleries and I really can’t find where to control it in js files.
Could you please help.

Off course it has a 3 sub level, unfortunately i can’t demonstrate them, but as you may thought, if you click on a entry with sub levelsm then it will open.
