2. The white background is still disappearing from behind the menu when sized down to the point of the mobile menu kicking in.
3. Unfortunately I’ve tried re-installing the theme files a couple of times and the problem with the fonts not showing still remains. I am not using any caching plug-ins.
5. I tried installing the modernizr plugin, but it did not fix the issue with the Recent Post images (I did not notice any changes from installing the plug-in).
6. I followed the instructions for changing the menus responsive function, which worked for the most part. Although now I’m getting a weird 10-15px zone between where the menu changes from regular to mobile where the mobile menu shows and is mis-aligned to the top right. I’ve taken a screenshot of the issue, seen below. *Note this is not happening in IE8, only in modern browsers like Firefox and Chrome*

At the moment I am not really satisfied with any of the javascript solutions for several reasons but this is still something I want to improve so while you are of course welcome to add this feature yourself I will hopefully find a fix that I like in the near future :)

It seems like just the first image/layer is wrapped into a link. All other images do not have a link. I need to check the slider configuration first hand to find the issue – please create me a wordpress admin account and send me the login data to: (Email address hidden if logged out) – I’ll look into it.

Yes at the moment its behaving as intended, meaning it falls back to a standard non fixed image. The problem is, that in order to make parallax backgrounds happening on iOS one would need two include two additional javascript libraries. This is a lot of extra load for this simple effect and I am currently hesitating to add it on mobile devices, which are also usually running on slower connections.
But I am watching out for solutions that require less resources. If I find any be sure that I will add the fix :)

I don’t want to show the dots before the title of an image. I did add
.header_widget_area li { list-style-type: none !important; }
to mu custom css . Now in IE the dot’s doesn’t appear bit in chrome and Firefox they are still there.

I have 4 categories, with a total of 58 videos.
I need to create a new categorie of “SELECTION” with the best selection, and this categorie I’d like to show first of all.
The Sortable I need to be like this:
Selection / Videos 2013 / Videos 2012 / Videos 2011 / Demo Reel / All
Can you tell me how to custom sort and move the “All” automatic created category to the end of the sortable menu?

Because I plan on changing the layerslider to a color section. I want to put a sign-up form at the top of the page, so the spot where the layerslider was going to be, but then realized forms placed within layerslider aren’t responsive and don’t adjust size and on an iOS mobile device, you can’t even see the entire form because the layerslider cuts it off.
Even so, that is not the only section I want to do that. Like below where there is a fixed background color section, I would like to add the wavy transparent divider there.
Take a look at http://www.rikkazimmerman.com and you’ll see, it’s used all over the page dividing sections out in different colors. I would like to do something similar. I don’t know if this theme is capable of that though.
Oh, and I may not make it wavy, or keep it that way. I may decide I prefer the look of say the dividing section of your homepage
, or perhaps a ripped paper look or jagged teeth look. If it’s something that can be designed using css code, that would be cool, but how do you edit the css code of the dividing lines into a different shape than straight? I am sorry for the confustion but what there was another problem with background images on iOS devices that was fixed. parallax on iOS is still something I am investigating and there only seem to be javascript solutions that work. Will probably add one of those solutions in the future

The working width of your Enfold setup is 1030px. so for a 3 column portfolio the images would be 343px width (1030/3).

Posts within WordPress aren’t really mean to be pages and its best to process them with as little heavy layout interaction as possible to keep sites future ready.
Full screen images should be 1920 wide and anywhere from 300 to 500 pixels tall.

As far as I know it isn’t fully support for iPads at this time. Its supposed to degrade and just display as a static image.

DevinHello. I’ve just purchased the Enfold theme and something weird is happening with the Layer Slider plugin.
It seems to be self replicating sliders – every time I refresh the slider settings page in the dashboard I get new sliders appearing.
I’ve not customized the theme at all apart – all I’ve done is download the dummy data.
I currently have 92 sliders and counting – see image below.
Has anyone encountered this issue???

Thanks Ismael. The grey gradient background is meant to stretch, and does so on everything other than IE8. Is there any way to get this to stretch for IE8, or alternatively make sure that if it is not a compatible browser that the image just doesn’t show?
Lastly, the other two things that don’t work are the social buttons in the top left corner, and there are two images (GIA/HRD logos) in the footer aligned with CSS that don’t show on IE8 either.

I put this in the stylesheet quick CSS, and I feel it’s not yet working as the text animations are still not responsive, even though the background image of the slider is.
Any way to fix that?

I checked your site again on IE8 and I saw a lot of improvements on the site. The Color Section are showing now and the images are correctly aligned. What images are stretch? Can you please post a screenshot?

Kudos on your new site and forum. They are fantastic. I was wondering how to get the comments replies to show up for enfold in the same way they are for your child theme? Currently when I reply to a comment it shows up as a new comment rather than ‘indented’ to signify a reply. Suggestions?

Ah I didn’t realize that I had to regenerate after cropping, I thought when you clicked update it would resize that one image you just edited.
I don’t need to do it to all of them so may be easier to create my own,> Can you please tell me the width and height of a 3 column single thumbnail in case I want to create myself please ?

Topic: Content Slider IE width
Hi Hi,
I have made a page which incorporates the content slider. It is basically 20 logos which are presented in 2 columns. The slider works perfectly on Chrome, but not on IE…IE shows only something like 3px width of the image…the height is ok, and the sliding work as well. I cant find what is the problem of IE not showing the logos in its proper width. Do you know what can be the problem/

Is there any way to add alt and title tags to images when using the avia insert image option. I have tried adding these in the default editor once the image has been created using avia but they are not recognised. I am trying to optimise the page using yoast seo and this is the only problem I have having. I know they are not overly important but for demonstration purposes I need to show a ‘green light’

Hi,
I set the column number to 3 but it shows two columns. Tried to set custom image size to 180×180, to 300×300, tried to set the portfolio grid image size automatically, none worked.
Can you please help take a look what might be causing this?
