Ok, so what can I do? I know some css sits in the pane in Enfold settings, some of them are uploaded via FTP. And for the CDN… I am not aware of any css on CDN…. Could it be that my provider can look into that?

Greetings Kreisi, I know technically this isn’t the right place for this question but I don’t have an active license anymore and I think this is a problem that you will want to know about and fix regardless. I first purchased Enfold about 6 years ago and it’s been working fine for years. But after the last update my footers have reverted to the standard set regardless of what I do. I noticed in the forum that a number of other people have had the same problem. This has effectively broken my site so I thought it wouldn’t be fair if you are asking me to renew my support license so you can fix a fault in the theme version.

As I said in my previous reply, I already reverted the changes I made. If it was related to changes I made, the issue would be fixed.
I can try removing Enfold from themes folder as well if you would like.

Having a look in your backend:
PHP is very outdated with 5.6.40. You should upgrade to minimum 7.4.xx (or 8.0.xxx) – also for security reasons.
Enfold is also not up to date – we have 4.9.2.1 out since a few weeks.Also depending on your hoster it could be, that he is doing some caching. You should check this and if yes, maybe he can provide you a staging server without this caching for testing.
WPML has integrated the translation management in core lately (it was a seperate plugin before) – therefore they encourage to use “Translate” and not “Duplicate”.This also works very well with our Advanced Layout Builder.
We have fixed 2 minor WPML bugs in next Enfold 4.9.2.2 – so if update to 4.9.2.1 does not help we can give you a pre release of 4.9.2.2 to test.

You can upload Google fonts under Enfold->Import/Export, then you can set the heading to use that font under Enfold->Advanced Styling. If you want to use the font you uploaded, then you would need custom CSS.

Hey Enfold team,
I just found out that when hover over the arrows on the sides of the screen with the cursor the animations of the pervious/next portfolio entry functions are different:
for the pervious portfolio entry it´s like parallax style and for the next portfolio entry it just slides out.
If possible, I would like to have the just sliding out animation for both.Maybe I caused this myself with the dozens of changes I made for customization, but I wouldn’t even know how to find out.
So please help.Thank you very much in advance.

Hey Enfold team,
I´d like to make some styling changes to the ajax search (which I just integrated into my website) like adjust spacing, change colors, remove shadows etc.
Please see screenshots.Also I`d like the search results to be only available in the drop-down menu after clicking the magnifying glass, with no option to go to a results page.
Is that even possible to completely prevent a redirect to a result page in a quick way?Thank you very much in advance for your reply/support.

Since the last Enfold update, emails coming from the website contain unwanted code at the top and bottom. It is causing an issue as emails no longer populate correctly in our CRM.See private content.

Love the theme!Is the latest update going to address the footer widgets disappearing? We updated the footer code inside the Enfold Child editor and it fixed the problem. Are we going to have to copy and paste footer code with every update.

RikardI have to export my dev database in order to import it to my prod instance. When I do this the Enfold child setting are not maintained. I have to manually import the child setting file (which I exported in the Enfold Import/Export interface) in order to re-establish the child theme settings. I would not expect this to be the case. I would expect that the child theme settings would be stored in the database so when I export and import the database the theme setting should be maintained. Why would that not be the case and is there a way to ensure that they are maintained and I don’t have to manually import the theme settings file each time I do this?

My client really wants the footer on mobile to display 2 columns of content so initially, a 4 column footer would be displayed in 2 columns and all visible on one screen (mobile) without having to scroll down each column individually like it currently does?
