Did you use the same header.php as in the parent? Eg, re-setting to use the themes header configuration in full and removing any child theme customization in both functions and css.

Enfold update is in the queue for approval from ThemeForest. Keep an eye on your email update if you have it enabled. The WordPress update checks every twelve hours so if you need the update sooner you can update manually once its live on the Envato servers.

Hello, I have a deadline to deliver a website today. I updated to the latest Enfold theme, but I cannot set any image to link to any particular page. I can choose to link to page, but no option pops up for me to tell it what page to link to, so it goes to http://www.mysite/page for all my links. Please help.
Hey Ismael, now I can upload pictures with plugins activated. I guess everything is ok for now. I hope my research has enabled me to get the best plugins for the task at hand. Thanks for your help, and I’ll keep working on EternityBeginsNow.com

I just updated my child theme for http://www.dmgilde.nl/. My settings changed though, where the child theme should prevent this. Besides, the changes I make in enfold/css/custom.css don’t have any effect anymore. Where can I adjust the css now?
I want to get rid of the white space between the image and the header. Hope you can help me.

Site works again and so does the font uploader. next big theme update (version 2.7) will also include the fix ;)

i use a popular retina.js function and try to use it with enfol – but the retina.js is not loaded.

get_template_directory_uri()– it tries to load the js from the parent theme.
what is the correct template path for enfold child theme?May be a simple questions, but what is the correct process for updating enfold when I am using a child theme?

None of those work for me in any case. I would say we continue this by email. to avoid any confusion:
whenever you pass a password please also add the correct username and where I can use it. maybe we just got a misunderstanding.

I have the same problem and i did some research:
On a clean WordPress install (without enfold activated) everything was working fine. When I activate Enfold everything went really slow. And all my page where gone. When I enabled debugging i saw that WordPress was throwing database error “WordPress database error: [MySQL server has gone away]”.
I think something went wrong inside the theme but I have no clue where

Hi!
Ok we are one step closer but still not quite there ;D
If I log in to the admin panel and go to the “Manage Domains” I can see the gashland.org domain with a few links below. when clicking on FTP a new window opens and asks for login details but none of the passwords above works.Do have that one as well? :)

i understand you deactivated the video function on mobile.
But we need it on our iPads as a sales presentation.How can i force enfold to activate the videos (even the experience would not be great.)
