Note: This was functioning as it worked on my homepage when I initially set-up the design and is only now failing in WP 4.0 and Enfold 2.9.2 w/ Child theme.
Good Afternoon, Kriesi Support:
I’m trying to work with a horizontal submenu. It was enabled by checking the “use as Mega Menu” box when I created the menu item. However, the Mega Menu Settings where I’m supposed to be able to change the menu behavior are absent from my Dashboard. Under the “Appearances” section of the Dashboard, the items I have available are:
-Themes
-Customize
-Widgets
-Menus
-Install Plugins
-EditorI’m running version 2.9.2 of Enfold and WP 4.0. I’m using a child theme, but that shouldn’t be a problem right? Is mega menu something that I need to enable in order to see the options in the Dashboard? I unfortunately can’t provide access to the page, as it is being developed offline, but any suggestions would certainly be appreciated. Thank you!

Before I start defiling your code – is there some built-in feature how to easily change secondary menu when user is loged in/out?

Moreover content of functions.php is alot different, since it’s been three years and the tutorial is ment for Corona and not for Enfold. Not to mention that I’m not 100% sure, what exactly all that does and don’t want to screw something up O:-).Can you give me some hint on how to start? I don’t really like the idea to hard-code it to the template :D.

It is available (Enfold > General Styling) but it’s not included by default, the default font is Open Sans.

I’m trying to set headers in the footer to be white, yet I’m not able to get them past the bluish color you can see by scrolling down to the bottom at:

I can control everything in Enfold –> General Styling –> (apart from the header color in) Footer.
I set Primary color, Highlight color, Footer Font color to #ffffff yet the header is not white.
Where am I wrong? I’ve seen this weird behavior in the footer of all the sites I’ve done and never really cared until now. I would need to fix where I’m wrong at this point though.

Hi I just updated my wordpress to the new 4.0 but now enfold is acting funny and i cannot download the update for enfold its says ..

The problem is that SwipeBox doesn’t apply lightbox automatically to the images (something Enfold does). It’s worth mentioning that we dropped PrettyPhoto and changed it for a better and nicer lightbox script, Magnific Popup.

It’s not a flaw, it’s actually expected, transparent header is disabled on mobiles by default and the default logo is shown. Check this demo page for example on a mobile:

JosueI have purchased the Enfold theme and had a question. Does the theme come with LayerSlider plugin? I have loaded the theme to my server – windows server… I get an error when I try to build a new slider. I import (or try) pictures from my media gallery and I get this error:
HTTP Error 500.50 – URL Rewrite Module Error.Is it a permissions setting in IIS?

What method did you use to move the sites database? You must make sure to do a correct find and replace that also fixes the serialized data so that the new url works correctly.

I have a single front page with a nav menu pointing to different sections on the same page. Something is applying both a
.current_page_itemand a.current-menu-itemclass to the first and fifth menu items, respectively. Enfold has the same style for both classes, so it’s showing the current page style on two different menu items.When I scroll down the page, the

Kriesi has customized the Kriesi.at site with his own child theme so lots of the effects and customization are possible with customization but are not part of the core theme.

YigitThats probably it because Enfold Version 2.9.1 is not compatible with WP 4.0.
There are many threats in this forum complaining about the same problem. Just update the theme to 2.9.2 and everything should work as it is supposed to.In reply to: Parallax / Page builder / Revolution Slider

I have a wordpress website capleader.eu and I try to do another WordPress website better I hope with ENFOLD of course.
So I want to keep the files with the media.
I made a copy (download) the files ( name 2011) in wp-content/uploads/
And I uploaded the file “2011” with medias (image and film)
But it does not work. When I go to bibliothèque of media .No one pictures uploaded appears.
I tried also to import but it doesn’t work too.
Do you how to do ? Because I have 250 pictures and one by one .I will spend lot of time

Etc. I’ve tried a bunch of things. I’ve disabled all plugins, problem is still there. I’ve switched from the child theme to the main theme, problem still there. Then I tried switching to TwentyFourteen, and the problem went away, so I’m led to believe it’s something with the theme.
I’m running WP 4.0 and V2.9.1 of Enfold. I see there’s an update (V2.9.2), so I’m trying to install that now. But any other options?

You’d need to purchase LayerSlider as a standalone plugin to get automatic updates and also be able to render the slider as a shortcode. If you purchase it remember to deactivate the bundled Enfold one:

Im currently moving my website from an old template to Enfold, I currently have installed and exported the Dummy Data successfully but when i go and see the website on a mobile device, the Homepage slider or any other slider for that matter in the device won’t show, as well as the Menus (Menu button that reveals the menus) won’t show either. I have gone to the demo site of Enfold thinking that maybe it was a Safari compatibility, but the Enfold Demo sites works fine on my iPhone. Please help! :( I want to launch my website in a couple of days and not being able to have it completely functional in the iPhones and iPads is holding me back!

I am trying to change the color of the background and font color for the tabs that are inserted in my products page. Can anyone help me with this, I know I received a reply previously that helped change the background but did not include how to change the font color. Please see:
