Hey Per,
The update to 5.4 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

My homepage is currently running Enfold Theme version 4.2. The automated update is not working.
Is the Enfold – Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme, version 5.4 (found here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990) the perfect and easy upgrade? That is, can I upgrade without expecting any major difficulties?
Someone has proposed getting a new API KEY, but that is not an option. I have contacted the Themeforest User originally doing the installation.
In https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ I read that upgrading via FTP is an option. I hope to go for this option.

Thanks for your patience, this thread seems to cover a couple of topics and it seems now you are asking about the breadcrumbs on the page /category/aktuelles-aus-2023/ , you are asking about changing the style, yes you could use css to change it but I don’t know how you want to change it.
Perhaps you could open a new thread and explain how you want to style it perhaps with some screenshots.

Thanks for the login, I see that you are getting this error:Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) /wp-admin/admin-ajax.phpI found that your Permalink structure includes /index.php/
I changed it to the basic Post name structure, please clear your server cache and check. If this doesn’t help please check your server error log and ask your webhost to check the file permissions for the /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php file because it should not give a 404 (Not Found) error.Best regards,

I have a big problem: As soon as I add a button to my layout and attach a pdf for download, the Avia layout builder is not working anymore (spinning wheel).
I deactivated all Plug-Ins, increased the memory limit, and made sure I have the. most recent version of WordPress and the enfold theme.

cURL error 28: Connection timeout after 10001 ms maybe due to poor network connectivity between the server where your site is hosted and our server where the demo is hosted or maybe due to some firewall or security settings. I think the only way around it is manually import the demo.

Glad to hear that you have this sorted out, some of our demos have sidebar headers like this one and it works well, you will notice that below 767px the sidebar changes to a burger menu.
I don’t see any issues so we probably want to make the client happy :)
Perhaps you would want to choose one of these sidebar demos as a base to start with?

In your WordPress Dashboard, please go to Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager then delete Flaticon.
You can add the justice icons by downloading the icons here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_7J9rcLbHZYXd1HvJwine9tfX9chNw-n/view?usp=share_link
And upload it in Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager.

Hello.
On this Enfold media page, is there a portfolio grid?
If yes, are the first 3 videos?
How is the last one constructed? Is it a gallery, or a portfolio grid inside a portfolio grid, using Ajax? I don’t understand this one.

I was wondering if others do also have the problem that the fullwidth slider and normal slider arent working anymore. I just see a white screen and no picture. I am not sure if it is because of enfold. I have tried to deactivate all plugins, the newest enfold is installed on the website but both of them arent making any difference.
I hope yall can help me out.

Thanks for the update and clarification. I’m not sure if we can help you out much more than they can though, for the same reasons I guess; we don’t know how their caching works. Is there a way to exclude posts from their caching maybe? Did you try deactivating everything under Enfold->Performance, and did that change anything?

You can change your site to a sidebar header at Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Layout ▸ Logo And Main Menu and choose leaft or right sidebar.
