First of all, please make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (5.6.6): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
If that is not the problem, then please try to deactivate all plugins and remove all custom code to see what happens then.
If you need further help, then please include admin WordPress login details in private.

Hello Rikard, i always use the same private token and its always working.
checked it on this site and i got the approval (allright all options saved, no problem whatsoever – message)the plugin you gave me does not seem to work…(i can spot in in the plugin list but not at the left side in the menu by the way)
can i just reinstall the enfold theme, a newer version, over my old enfold theme? also the enfold child theme?

If you mean the “title” issue ( https://i.imgur.com/Gpb11iu.png ), please update Enfold to the latest version 5.6.6. This issue is fixed in this version.

You are currently using a very old version of Enfold. Please update Enfold to the latest version 5.6.6 ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ ). After updating Enfold, you should be able to select the Full Size option ( https://i.imgur.com/ydn3e8A.png ) when selecting your logo.
If updating the theme doesn’t fix the issue, please create temporary admin logins and share them with us in the private content field.

I have a big problem with the Enfold theme: When I try to insert something into prefabricated fields at all possible fields of the prefabricated elements (for example team member), it ignores the space. I always have to copy a space. Is there a fix for this?

Enfold offers a flexible licensing model that allows you to use the theme on one live site and one staging site per license. This means you can set up and test your changes on a staging site without requiring an additional license.
Enfold prioritizes data protection by incorporating various privacy features. The theme is designed with data protection guidelines in mind, and it’s built to support basic GDPR compliance. However, if you need a more comprehensive privacy compliance features, you may need to look for a plugin.
Regarding compatibility, Enfold is designed to work well with a variety of popular plugins, including those you’ve mentioned like Borlabs Cookie, Yoast SEO, Contact Form 7 and Events Manager. Unfortunately, we haven’t tested it on Podigee or any podcast embedding plugin.
To address your specific questions:
1.) Google Fonts are not integrated within the theme but you can use the Font Manager to upload Google Fonts to your own server and load it locally, which helps in optimizing loading times and comply to certain privacy guidelines.
2.) The theme has its own Google Maps and reCAPTCHA integration, but you can use a different solution if necessary. However, please take note that these kind of modifications are beyond the scope of support.
3.) Adding header code can be achieved without an additional plugin but you have to edit the template files directly. There is not dedicated option or field for this. We usually recommended the following plugins.

We are not yet sure why the “A propos” page is blank and about the “frame” issue, it seems like the editor has been switched from using the Advance Layout Builder (ALB) to the default editor. Did you disable the layout builder or the ALB?
Please provide the login details in the private field so that we can check the issue further. In the meantime, please temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings and the cache plugin.

hello
i had to change the phpversion from 7.4 to 8.1 but it was than i discovered there was no enfold update.
check manually: it kept the old version (4.6.3.1)
automatic update: didnt work…
what to do about this?

after importing the demo “dark photography” it comes to:

but i never get advice via email. even that doesn´t works.
is there a bug?
usually all the imports made no trouble. made that around 70x in all the years with enfold!today again: a fresh database, brandnew wp-version, new download enfold from themeforest, fresh download enfold child theme. php 8.2
could you please take a look?i really don´t know what the problem is.

That is expected on fresh installations. Please go to Enfold theme options > Demo Import and import a demo ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/ ) if you’d like to add dummy content.
We didn’t receive such a report from other users and cannot reproduce it on our local installations.

When installing the theme on WP version 6.2.2 everything is normal and all images are available…
Installations were done on the same server and domain and PHP version…

VentyTopic: uploading .ttf font
Hi
I am trying to upload a .ttf font to use in Enfold, but it’s not showing up in the fonts section.
The font shows as: Font: MACOSX ( font-family: macosx ) normal: 400 in the Custom Font Manager, instead of the name of the font (I added it to Photoshop where it’s called “Ina Korneliussen” and works fine).
Can you help me with this?

You can share temporary admin login credentials in the private content field. Do you experience this issue when you switch the theme from Enfold to one of the default ones?

What do you mean your HTML is broken? Can you point to an example, when I look at your site it looks fine.
Perhaps the issue is with a plugin, the best why to duplicate pages it to Enable the Avia Layout Builder Debugger and copy the shortcode.
You should not need to disable Post CSS files or remove the inline css.Best regards,
