i really like enfold theme and i purchased this theme many times, but now i have some imporatant issues.I try to explain the situation:
1- I was working on quick css in enfold child options. It was late, and i accidentally push “reset all options” button (hey guys please remove this button or put some popup message to confirm, it’is very very risky).2-the site was all messed up. we use a plugin for backup named UpdraftPlus. We restored last correct version.
All the layout settings in backend in enfold child options were restored correctly but they aren’t working.
When open the website you can see all fonts color green, as default options. and the footer background is white.
We can’t understand why layout settings don’t work

KershawIt appears that recent Enfold version 4.3 update is causing issues with the donation forms we use (plugin = Total Donations).
An example page (eliminating all other content, header, footer, etc.) to illustrate is https://www.partnersforcare.org/donate2/
Clicking on the “buttons” to change donation amount, as well as Donate button, are all disabled. I have disabled most plugins to attempt to resolve, with no success.

We are in the process of developing our new Woo Commerce site with Enfold.
We noticed on the check out page that regardless of checkout method, after clicking the “place order” button, the page turns a translucent white (which is normal), but then it takes about 10 to 20 seconds before any further activity is seen.
After clicking a button, I usually expect to see the site favicon in the browser tab turn into a spinning circle, indicating that it is waiting for data, but in this case, nothing happens at all for 10 to 20 seconds, and it looks like a site crash, until the page refreshes and shows that the order went through.
No other pages on the entire WP install have this issue.

Please try rebuilding your merged styles, to do this, please go to Enfold Theme Options > General Styling > Quick CSS field and enter a blank space in the Quick CSS to enable the “Save all changes” button, then save.
If this doesn’t help, Can you please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look, the login posted earlier didn’t work for me.Best regards,

1. Okay, I loaded each font weight of my requested font Lato separately, even though I loaded a zip file with all font weights in one zip file before. It seems to work, but I wonder why the local fonts do look different than Google fonts. For example, bold is not bold (it’s kind of “light bold”), even though I loaded Lato 700. Do you have any idea what is happening here?
2. That’s what I tried, but in blockquote in Enfold > Advanced Styling it is only possible to change font color, border color, font size and line space. No font family can be added. Same with p style.
3. The icons I need for my recipes are „check“ for marking the ingredients and recipe steps and “print” for printing the recipe (please find in private content box a link to my website where you can see print button and check marks) and these icons are already included in Enfold theme. So, do you mean by “Disable the “font-awesome” script by removing the first line inside the brackets” to disable like as follows? I am not quite sure how to do :o( :

In my Yoast general settings I get this warning:

The first thing it recommends to do is: Please test the URL in Google’s mobile friendly test
This what I did and the result says: the Page is Mobile Friendly. But on the screenshot I can see that the stylesheets didn’t load.
At the top of the page it says there are page loading issues.

Not all page resources could be loaded. This can affect how Google sees and understands your page. Fix availability problems for any resources that can affect how Google understands your page.Below it, it says: 50 page resources couldn’t be loaded
and when you scroll down you can see all docs that loaded or didn’t or had other errors like this:I noticed a lot of these documents that didn’t load or had an error warning next to it are Enfold theme documents.
There are also Javascript errors like this:

You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance (I believe you already did this).
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.
If you still cannot see the changes please check if you are using a CDN like cloudflare and deactivate it.

I want to add the order box for attributes to portfolio items.
I’ve tried sorting by date, and making the post dates the date of the original articles, but the masonry isn’t sorting them correctly. 2009 is showing up after 2007 in my date DESC set up. http://www.schenckandcompany.com/schwpngn/about/press/ I did add the items yesterday, but I need for them to be sorted as if they were published when they originally came out.

Please perform the below steps:

VinayOne of our customers is experiencing problems trying to select an image in an Enfold easy slider. Click on the ‘change’ button does not appear to do anything while the Javascript console shows the following error message: Assignment to read-only properties is not allowed in strict mode. This only occurs in Internet Explorer (up to the latest version) and does not occur in Chrome or Edge. Unfortunately the user cannot switch to another browser. Research on the internet suggests this is a Javascript error for an action that is allowed by Chrome or Edge but not by Internet Explorer. We are using the 4.4.1 version of Enfold.

Any idea what is causing this in Enfold?

The below shortcode works fine on my local installation. When I add the same shortcode in the caption area on your site it does not work. I checked the Enfold version you are not using the latest version please deactivate all plugins and update to the latest version and check if the shortcode works fine.

Hi Enfold!
I have boxed layout that uses 70% of the width.
I added a image and a button on that image. But when im shrinking the page the scaling is very odd. The button dont shrink and dont follow the image and when skrinking the image there are very much whitespace above and under it.
How do i fix this?

The default “Raleway” font that is registered in the theme doesn’t have font weight variations. Please upload your own customized “Raleway” font in the Enfold > Import/Export panel. Look for the “Custom Font Manager” button.

Please try using our prebuilt Child Theme
Enfold already enqueueds the child theme css so it is not necessary to do it again.
Please note that if you have the Enfold Theme Options > Performance > JS & CSS file merging and compression turned on, and add css to your child theme, you will need you rebuild your merged files, to do this please go to Enfold Theme Options > General Styling > Quick CSS field and add a blank space, to enable the “Save all changes” button, and then save.
It is better to have the JS & CSS file merging and compression turned off while you are developing your site.Best regards,

I’ve modified the files to add an additional button to the full screen slideshow –

av-helper-slideshow.phpWhen opening the modal window to add the caption/buttons I can see the 3 button selection in the code, but the modal window is only showing attributes for button 1 and button 3. It appears that the window height needs to be tweaked but I’m not having any luck thus far.
Also, I’m hoping I can include the modified files in my child theme so I would really appreciate your insight on all items mentioned here. I’m running the latest Enfold rev.

I’m using the Enfold theme for a private travel website.
I use the “Masonry Galerie” element to showcase a huge number of pictures on the website (link in private content).I’m afraid there is a usability issue and I wonder if this can be fixed:
I display 15 pictures per page out of 100+ pictures in a galerie, as in the example URL. To load more pictures, I’ve included the “Load more” button as my Pagination option. This all works perfectly fine.My issue is that most people click on an image and then start browsing images by clicking to the left and right with the arrows or using the keyboard. By doing so, the images will just loop after 15 images instead of continuing to load the next 15 images (and so on). Is there a way to change this?

I asked about this a year ago and you offered a solution by adding a function — https://kriesi.at/support/topic/h2-smaller-than-other-headings-in-editor/#post-658622. Do you have any plans to fix this issue? I’m surprised, with all the amazing functionality in Enfold, you’ve left this seemingly basic issue unresolved for so long. I just tried to add this as a feature request on https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/?addentry but clicking the Request Feature button didn’t seem to do anything / provide a window/field to enter a request.

I’m sure someone has asked this question before, but I couldn’t find a solution on the forum. I am running several sites using the Enfold theme and have noticed that whenever I try to embed a YouTube video using the the “Add Media” button on a blog post, that the video shows up as a tall rectangle rather than in a 16:9 ratio. I only have this problem with YouTube videos. Vimeo videos work fine. Is there code I can add to correct the YouTube ratio throughout the entire site? Thanks!

I am glad with the new Privacy policy option within Enfold. Right now I’m using the cookie consent message bar and want visitors to lead to the info modal on privacy and cookies after clicking the button ‘More information’. Because I’m using a background image with help of quick CSS, the background of the info modal isn’ white anymore. The background image is over-ruling (see attachment). Can you help me with that?
The quick CSS script which is over-ruling the info modal:
.main_color { background-attachment: fixed; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: cover; }
.page-id-12 .main_color { background-image: url(“location of the image”); }I created an other solution by myself on leading the visitors to a new page. Off course the cookie consent message bar will stay on the screen till the visitor agrees with the message. But when reading the info modal on privacy and cookies on a smartphone, almost 50% of the screen is still filled with the message (see also the attachment).
I hope you will understand my problem and hopefully you van help me with this.
