We are sorry about that.
I am not really sure which and why the thread was closed however i am pretty sure you guys have noticed how busy the forums are lately. We try and fix any issues as soon as we can to avoid having a backlog, which slows us down significantly. I am guessing there was a misunderstanding and whoever closed the thread thought thread was resolved.

There was an error in your custom CSS in Quick CSS field. I fixed it. Please add your media queries once again to Quick CSS field and then flush cache in Total Cache settings and check your website once again. If that still does not help, please keep the code in place so we can see the issue :)

Version on ThemeForest is 4.0.2. Alternatively, you can try inserting your username and API key in Enfold theme options – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ update the theme from backend

File and path are still the same however now you should find and change following line

$title_el = "h4";

We would recommend you to use a child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and move the element to your child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-new-or-replace-advanced-layout-builder-elements-from-child-theme/ to avoid having to apply it each time you update the theme
