    Dear support team,

I am looking for the possibility to hide or display parts of a page by date/time.

For example the plugin “timed content” creates such entries for text content:

    [Timed-content-server hide = “03/01/2017 14:00 Europe / Berlin”]

Text appears only till 2 pm

    [/ Timed-content-server]

Is there a way to set something like this in the advanced layout editor so that also pictures or other content appear only by date?

    Thanks for a hint

    Hey Schneider,

There is nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately. I’m not sure if it will work or not but if you enable debug mode, then you will be able to see the builder shortcode: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. Then you could try using the plugin shortcode in there.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey Rikard,

its a pitty, it doesn´t work and the handling would not be fine.

Thanks for the hint, but I think, there is no solution available.

    Hi,

We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.

But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit
