Sorry for the late reply!

1- I checked your page and it seems like middle grid cell has 0 padding values while other have (they do not at the moment as values inserted incorrectly. Values are missing “px” as shown in the screenshot in private content field). If you would like us to look into it, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately.
2- Can you please post a screenshot and show the issue you are having? You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.

First of all, sorry for the inconvenience. Forums have been super busy after new year and theme updates. Kriesi made additions to our team for more manpower however forums are still very busy and we still cannot reply to each thread in timely manner. Normally each thread gets a reply within first 12 hours. This is something we are experiencing for the first time but we are working hard to get back to our usual pace.

When forums are already busy, creating duplicated threads makes our work even harder. That is why we reply to one thread and close others so we can focus on one thread and get all the necessary information from it instead of following up few threads regarding the same issue.

We still would like to help. As far as i can see issue was resolved however if it was not, let us continue on our support forum.

We are always willing to help. No matter if you gave the theme a 1 star review or not :)

I believe we might have started off with the wrong foot however i also believe that we will change your mind about how helpful we are in the future in case you need assistance regarding your theme :)

Here is an official reply from LayerSlider team

You need to install the DOMDocument PHP extension or update your PHP version on your server. The new version uses phpQuery at several points and this library requires that PHP extension.

This is a common extension, which is a part of PHP by default. Some hosting services might disable it for some reason, but it shouldn’t be a problem for most of the cases. We are looking for ways how we could solve this, but at the moment that library and the plugin depends on this extension.

It was possible to insert between two color sections however with the update ALB became more powerful as it was Kriesi’s main focus for this update :)

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
