    That is not an issue of enflod.
    You have either a plugin that is exporting something to header or have done any modifications to the theme, that can give that 2 on top of there.

    • Enfold is one of the highest rated Theme – in particular for the forum too.

    My two cents to it – if a wordpress/theme installation is compareable to an open-heart surgery there is something wrong with webdevelopment workflow.

    ok there is a two in your source code (on original Demo Site there is no 2) see here:

    i think it must be a manual input. theres no container at all for that. The 2 is no input by pseudo-classes (before or after)
    look at your source code may-be do a search for “fb-root”

    Did you use a custom footer.php ?
    Have a look into it. Some good hints here on board do place some code to the footer.php. (Facebook scripts etc.) maybe there is a rudiment of former changings in it.

    And btw. may i ask how you can have the theme installed on your server – and ask the question on a pre-sale forum :wink ;)

    Hi, Guenni007, Thank you for your help! Your answer is actually the best. I did locate and fix the problem. Thank you!

    To support team:
    1) I only made 1 post two days ago. I waited and waited. I didn’t get any single reply. I made 1 more post to support forum of more popular theme. Then my original post got closed and I didn’t get an answer or reply for TWO DAYS. If I got any answer from the moderator, even the answer is “we are busy and we will look into your problem after a week”, I won’t be so upset.
    2) I can’t find any other ways to contact the support team after being ignoring for 2 days. Then I started to make multiple posts in order to get their attention. Finally, I got your attention. Support team started to answer. Even their answer does not solve the problem. I feel it’s better than simply ignoring their customer.
    3) Anyway, since this problem has been solved finally by the community, I will change the 1 star review. Also, you can DELETE all my other posts if you want. If the support team agree that they should not ignore their customer for 2 days and close their customer’ post without an answer(I mean my original post, not the duplicated ones after two days), I am OK to give you 5 star review again.

    Glad @guenni007 could help! :)

    First of all, sorry for the inconvenience. Forums have been super busy after new year and theme updates. Kriesi made additions to our team for more manpower however forums are still very busy and we still cannot reply to each thread in timely manner. Normally each thread gets a reply within first 12 hours. This is something we are experiencing for the first time but we are working hard to get back to our usual pace.

    When forums are already busy, creating duplicated threads makes our work even harder. That is why we reply to one thread and close others so we can focus on one thread and get all the necessary information from it instead of following up few threads regarding the same issue.

    We still would like to help. As far as i can see issue was resolved however if it was not, let us continue on our support forum.

    We are always willing to help. No matter if you gave the theme a 1 star review or not :)

    I believe we might have started off with the wrong foot however i also believe that we will change your mind about how helpful we are in the future in case you need assistance regarding your theme :)

    Ok, finally I hear someone from support team say “sorry for the inconvenience” instead of blaming their customer. Remember if a customer was not mistreated badly, they won’t spend time to post multiple posts.

    Anyway, I will update the review. Hope you guys don’t ignore your customers in future.

    They never did, and after a major update it is understandable.
    you see that yourself need over 6 hours to reply to my assumption! – allthough it is in your direct interest to solve it (urgent).
    You only have to look to one (or 3) threads – they have to serve hundreds of threads.
    They have to react on so many postings and requests – be a little bit patient with the support.

    by the way: i rember it well if in former times ( years ago when i’m forced to work with microsoft operating systems – the support of them was definitly ugly ;)
