Please enable the custom css class field: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and then edit your column elements and give them a custom CSS class to target them more accurately :)

Thanks for your offer however Enfold already has German language files included. They may not be 100% translated, as there are usually new strings to translate when we release updates, but they can be easily translated.
Fellow Enfold users contribute translations and we really appreciate them however since we have never promised our users anything in return, we simply cannot start doing it now, it would not be fair to other translators. Also, due to our agreement with Envato/ThemeForest, we are not allowed to sell/distribute themes directly. Therefore, unfortunately, we are not going to be able to provide you a license.

I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.
The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.
If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.
I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

1- I clicked “Screen options” on top right corner and checked ‘custom fields” then scrolled below your content and set header to “yes” and updated the page and that helped. Please review your page.
2- Because you have Advanced Layer Slider element at the bottom of your page. Fullwidth elements, such as Advanced Layer Slider element, always push sidebar below them. Please consider removing the slider from bottom from your page or to the top of your content.

No. I think social icons did not show up because you were using the old code. Refreshing it simply corrected it. If other icons on your site showed up fine, you would not need to refer to @tjswarbs78’s post :)

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

There are few ways however i think the easiest way for you to find your page’s ID would be to edit your page and find page ID in in address bar. In this example, it is 731 – http://i.imgur.com/YWuRHg7.png :)

Your logos would be so small as you are currently using 7 columns on your slider. Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/hide-menu-itemselements-on-mobile/ and choose to hide your current slider on mobile and display another one :)
