Multiple account registrations on support forum

Hi!

I have bought you theme via Themeforest. I tried creating a user on your forum in order to ask a support question. However, it seems that i have multiple users under same account. I can’t log in and i forgot my password. I tried using your “Forgot password” function, and it sends me 2-4 mails with links, but all of them is invalid. Can you help me so i can log into my user on your forum?
