Also, i could not find your logo image on your mobile menu. To make sure that we are on the same page, out of the box logo is not displayed in mobile menu. If yours displayed it, then some customizations must have been applied.

Hi,

Please add following code to Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor
```
add_filter('avia_post_nav_settings','avia_remove_fullwidth_slider_check', 10, 1);
function avia_remove_fullwidth_slider_check($settings)
{
$settings['is_fullwidth'] = false;
return $settings;
}
```
Post nav is disabled on portfolio items that has fullwidth elements by default.

Ikonlari eklemek icinde oncelikle gecici bir sayfa olusturup, ikonlarinizi o sayfaya ekleyip sonra HTML kodunu kopyalabilirsiniz. Eger yardim lazim olursa, lutfen hangi ikonlari kullanmak istediginizi ve gecici admin loginlerini private content alanindan gonderin :)

Hi!

Please contact your hosting provider and ask for your FTP logins. We are going to need them to overwrite theme files or make changes on them to solve the issue so we are going to need FTP logins to access the files on your server :)
Edit: Found file manager in customer portal. Will work on it and update you on this thread. Please kindly wait to hear from us

Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
  ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hey!

You seem to have a function with a name “grant_super_admin” in your child themes functions.php file. Please search “grant_super_admin” in your functions.php file and change them to “av_grant_super_admin” and that should solve the issue :)
