Thanks for the information however i was not able to connect via FTP.
As i suggested in another thread, could you too please try replacing public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/shortcode-parser.class.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/ld5iiaivyaspw50/shortcode-parser.class.php?dl=0 via FTP and check if that helps?

Eger hala guncelleme bildirimi gelmezse, API anahtarinizin dogru oldugundan emin olun. Envato API kullanarak otomatik guncellemeler uygulaniyor ama sanirim bazi sunucularda sorunlu calisabiliyormus. Oyle bir durumda manuel guncelleme yapmaniz gerekicek – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ :)

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:

    padding-right: 13px;
}

Please make sure that > sign is not converted to – http://i.imgur.com/IDXRZQ3.png in Quick CSS field.

Hey Antonio,

I scrolled to the bottom of the page however could not see an overlay on any of your images. Have you figured it out already? If not, please elaborate on the changes you would like to make.

If you would like to disable linked image overlays, please go to Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling and edit “Linked Image Overlay”.

Hi,

I tried downgrading PHP version to 5.6.28 on my local installation however i still cannot reproduce the issue. It would be great if you guys could start a new thread and shared FTP and WP admin logins in private content field so we can pinpoint the issue :)

Temalarimizi sadece ThemeForest uzerinden satiyoruz ve onlarla olan anlasmamiza gore temalari direk satmamiz yada dagitmamiz yasak. Su an ThemeForest bahsettiginiz turden bir developer lisansi malesef sunmuyor.

Sizin vereceginiz turden hizmet veren diger sahislar ve ajanslar genelde her musterileri icin ayri bir regular lisans alip hizmet bedellerine ekliyorlar tema ucretini. Sonrasinda satin alma kodunu (purchase code) musterilerine veriyorlar bu sayede musterilerin temayla ilgi soru veya sorunu oldugu zaman forumumuza kayit olup direk bizimle iletisime geciyorlar. Ayrica ThemeForest kullanici adini ve API key’i Enfold tema ayarlari bolumunden ekleyerek musterilerinizin guncellemelere erisimini saglayabilirsiniz. Tek tikla temayi guncelleyebilirler.

Bu yontemdeki sorun, musterilerle ileride ilisiginiz kesilirse, tema sizin hesabinizdan alindigi icin tema dosyalarina erisimleri olmayacak.

Su an en esnek, en guclu ve en kullanici dostu olan temamiz Enfold. Surukle birak sayfa olusturucusuda su an icin sadece Enfold’da var. Youtube’da boyle bir egitim videosu var Enfold ile web sayfasi olusturulan – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NB2JKqRL_bY. Videoya goz atarak temanin ozelliklerini ve nasil calistigini gorebilirsiniz.

Genel bir bilgilendirme yapmak istedim. Baska her hangi sorunuz olursa onlarida seve seve yanitlamaya calisirim :)

Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.
