YigitHi,
Thanks for contacting us!
We sell premium WordPress themes and provide support for our themes and do not provide services such as creating custom themes or modifying them.
Currently Enfold theme is the most popular, powerful, flexible and user friendly theme we have ever created therefore we would recommend you that one.
Enfold is fully compatible with WPML. You can easily turn site into a multilingual one.Enfold is also fully compatible with WooCommerce, the most popular e-commerce plugin for WordPress.
You can import one of Enfold demos with a single click in Enfold theme options > Demo Import within a few minutes and start working on your website right away.
Enfold uses Advanced Layout Builder ( please go to – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/videos/ and check out “Intro to the Advanced Layout Editor” video to see how it works. Currently there are many more elements and new features on ALB and we are adding new ones with major updates).
Enfold is $59 on ThemeForest and comes with a 6 month support, you can extend it to a year. After purchasing Enfold, you can register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start a new thread whenever you have a question or an issue and we will gladly try to help you.
Let us know if you have any other questions! :)
Best regards,
YigitMarch 27, 2018 at 12:35 pm in reply to: Instagram widget – HTTP 200 error – images don't show #933599Hi,
I deleted your widget and added it once again, flushed cache on both plugins and it worked. Please review your website and apply the same procedure on your other sites as well :)
Cheers!
YigitMarch 27, 2018 at 12:28 pm in reply to: MultilingualPress & ENFOLD – compatible? Experiences? #933596Hi,
We will keep the thread open and wait to hear from you.
If you would like us to update the theme for you, please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately :)Best regards,
YigitMerhabalar :)
Please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Cheers!
YigitHey Verena,
Thanks for contacting us!
Yes, that would be possible. In fact, Enfold demos are all hosted on a multisite environment. Those are subdirectories however using it on subdomains should not make any difference. You would need to set up WordPress a little differently to use subdomains on multisite however that has nothing to do with the theme :)
I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions or issues :)
Best regards,
YigitP.S.: Yes, our company is based in Austria however we have moderators from all over the world to be able to be there at all times for our users :)

Sorry for the inconvenience! Issue occurs on servers running PHP versions older than 5.6. You can either upgrade your PHP version to minimum 5.6 and preferably to 7.x or replace /wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r389b5x4ippscyn/header.php?dl=0 to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions.
Cheers!

YigitHi,
As mentioned before, issue occurs on old PHP versions. You can check out this post – https://kinsta.com/blog/php-7-hhvm-benchmarks/ and decide for yourself if you would like to continue using older version of PHP. We have fixed the issue by providing backwards compatibility, even though we do not recommend older PHP versions.
Please contact Envato support to request a refund. Since payment process is managed by them, you would need to contact them regarding your refund request as well.

YigitHey Miriam,
