    Hi guys !
    I’ve tried to update my theme to 4.2.6 but I can’t access to my admin page, even to my home page.
    I’ve backed up to 4.1.2 and now it works.
    How can I do to make 4.2.6 working well please ?
    PHP version : 7

    Hi!

    Sorry for the inconvenience! Issue occurs on servers running PHP versions older than 5.6. You can either upgrade your PHP version to minimum 5.6 and preferably to 7.x or replace /wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r389b5x4ippscyn/header.php?dl=0 to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions.

    As you can see in my previous message, my server is running on PHP 7.00

    I’ve checked folder by folder and the problem seems to come from the config-templatebuilder folder…

    Hey!

    Please go to wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ via FTP and delete events_countdown.php file and that should fix the issue. If it does not, please post FTP logins here privately so we can look into it.

    We are taking a shot in the dark as long as we do not have an access to your server dear Franck :)
    If you post FTP logins, we can find what exactly is wrong and can fix it.

    Ok I am creating a new user :)
    The file in my FTP are the 4.1.2 files. Be careful to not change my custom CSS please :)

    Hi,
    I was able to login to your ftp, but not your site. I would like to see the error while trying to correct it.
    Can you please include a admin login in the private content area.

    Hi SphereEvenements,

    Can you try updating again? But delete the Enfold folder this time and upload a fresh copy of Enfold 4.2.6?
    If you get 500, please check the server log for error and share it here with us.

    Hi !

    Ok ! I’ve deleted the entire folder and uploaded 4.2.6 and it works now !
    FYI : I had to refresh all my pages for them to appear properly.
