All demos seen here – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/ should be available in Enfold theme options. If they are not, please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme, 4.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade PHP version to preferably 7.x. Issue seems to occur on servers running PHP version older than 5.6.

Sorry for the inconvenience. That issue usually occurs when theme folders are merged instead of being replaced and since we have made major changes in Enfold 4.3 (you can read more about it and other releases here – https://kriesi.at/blog ), merging folders causes error.

Deleting /wp-content/themes/enfold/ folder and re-installing it via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold would solve the issue.

Please go to wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/helper-markup.php via FTP and try deleting following lines

					   <span itemprop='height' >{$url_h}</span>
					   <span itemprop='width' >{$url_w}</span>

I tried in Appearance > Editor but it did not save :)

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:

If that too does not work, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

That is fine @deonpt, they are duplicate files anyway. Correct files are in /themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_upcoming/ and /themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/ respectively :)

We are taking the issue seriously. It was loading fine on my end as i showed in the screenshot as well but now issue seems to be related to WordPress core files. I will re-install WordPress and update you here.
