Have you tried going to /wp-content/themes/enfold/images/ctab-1.png via FTP and check if there is that file? If so, please try deleting it.
If you do not mind posting FTP logins, we can check it as well :)

Could you please check with your hosting provider and ask them if there is some sort of firewall that might be blocking api.envato.com.
When i tried to update the theme, i received similar error on different files so i am guessing the issue is related to your server settings.

If you would like us to update the theme via FTP for you, please let us know and we will update it.

Hey,

They can give you the purchase code and we can reset the account and register it using your email. Each domain requires a new license therefore the company should have purchased a license just for your site and using that purchase code you should be able to register to our support forum. As i mentioned earlier, unfortunately, we only provide support to registered users.
