The easiest way to change the footer link of your theme is to log into your WordPress backend and open the Enfold > Footer Tab. To remove the backlink add the below shortcode in the copyright field.

I failed to login “Access Denied – Sucuri Website Firewall”. If you would like us to look into it, could you please temporarily disable IP restriction?
You can go to Media Library and delete the image.Cheers!

Could you please check with your hosting provider and ask them if there is some sort of firewall that might be blocking api.envato.com.
When i tried to update the theme, i received similar error on different files so i am guessing the issue is related to your server settings.If you would like us to update the theme via FTP for you, please let us know and we will update it.

They can give you the purchase code and we can reset the account and register it using your email. Each domain requires a new license therefore the company should have purchased a license just for your site and using that purchase code you should be able to register to our support forum. 'image_size' => array( 'small'=> 'thumbnail', 'big' => 'magazine')and change “thumbnail” with image size you would like to use, i.e ‘large’

I am sorry for my late reply. I have been trying to figure out what exactly is causing the issue but unfortunately i could not figure it out yet.
I am thinking 60 second timeout set on WPEngine might be causing the issue. I tried disabling merging and compression of files but that did not help either.I will pass the thread to our devs.
