Hi,
I noticed you inserted your purchase code in API key field in Enfold theme options. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-registration and generate an API key on ThemeForest and insert it instead and it should work fine :)

I went to Enfold theme options > Performance tab and chose to load all elements and then flushed cache and it worked for me.
Please hard flush your browsers cache using CTRL + Shift + R on Windows and CDM + Shift + R on MacBest regards,

I switched to default theme and then deleted Enfold in Appearance > Themes and re-installed it and then activated your child theme. Please review your website.

Could you please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 4.4.1 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/. We would recommend deleting the theme and re-installing it to make sure all files are overwritten as we made quite some changes in recent releases. You can read more here – https://kriesi.at/blog
If that does not, please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.Best regards,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

You can login on ThemeForest with the account you purchased Enfold and you can still download it from Downloads page of your account on ThemeForest.
You are using Enfold 3.1.5 which is a very old version. You are probably having compatibility issues which would be fixed once you update the theme – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
But again, to update the theme and to receive full support, you would need an access to ThemeForest account that you used to purchase the theme.Cheers!
