1- Yes, Enfold is fully compatible with WPML plugin.
2- No, unfortunately, there is not such version that you can try. However if you do not like the theme, you can contact Envato support and request a refund.

That seems to be a custom CSS. Could you please try deleting your custom CSS and check if that helps?
If it does not, i am afraid we are going to need to see your website when you launch it to provide you an accurate code.

PHP Version was defined as 5.2.17 in .htaccess file on both sites. I commented it out. Please review your websites.

No, you will be able to disable it in Enfold theme options > Theme Options and choose to use block editor or use WP classic editor.

I tried adding following code into Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab and it worked

```
Please make sure to flush browser cache after making styling changes on your website.

That still seems like z-index issue which was actually fixed in Enfold 4.5.1.
Could you please try adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab
```
#top .av-submenu-container.av-sticky-submenu { z-index: 301; }
```
User role is not administrator therefore i could not add it myself to test it :)
