I tried importing your icon fonts however it did not work because SVG files were missing. If you are considering adding those to download folder, our users could easily import and we can gladly mention font Kiko in our documentation :)

That is because you have following custom CSS code in Appearance > Editor > Style.css file
#header_meta .container { width: 1100px; position: absolute; top: 40px; }Please change it to following

Please go to Appearance > Menus and click on “Screen Options” on the top right and check “CSS Classes” then edit your menu elements and give them custom classes as in example – http://i.imgur.com/RPC1DZz.png
Then add new custom links without anchors and add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) { .hide-on-mobile { display: none !important; }} @media only screen and (min-width: 990px) { .hide-on-desktop { display: none !important; }}Regards,

Yes, each domain requires a new license therefore you would need to purchase a separate license for each project from ThemeForest. Unfortunately ThemeForest currently does not offer such “package” however you can give the purchase code to your clients so they can register to our support forum and contact us whenever they have a question or an issue. An generate a Personal Token, so they would receive auto updates from WordPress dashboard.

Please go to Enfold theme options > Footer and set Footer Columns to 4 and then go to Appearance > Widgets and add Text widget to each Footer Column and simply add widget title and content into your widgets :)

No, you do not. You receive updates free of charge. Please simply login on ThemeForest with the account you purchased the theme and download the latest version of Enfold from Downloads page :)

Have you referred to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#add-elements-to-alb? After adding the code to functions.php file of your child theme and adding the file inside /shortcodes/ folder on your child theme should work.

I checked your website on my iphone and i am able to navigate to Datenschutz and Impressum pages. For Contact page, please go to Enfold theme options > Main Menu > Burger/Mobile Menu and make sure to create clones in “Clone title menu items to submenu”

I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.
The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer. If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.
I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.
