Kriesi is a pretty busy person as you could imagine therefore i will try and reply your questions.

Enfold was designed first and then coded but Enfold demos (except for Enfold default demo) were designed in browser.

As you probably know, there are so many authors submitting items. So making sure your theme stands out from others would be in your favor :)

[av_privacy_allow_cookies] needed to be enabled for cookies to work correctly, when disabled it was breaking the logic.

We have just released Enfold 4.6.1 which has a fallback so this issue will not occur. Please update Enfold to the latest version and report back.

We will update change log on ThemeForest and our documentation soon. Change log for Enfold 4.6.1 is as following

1- We have online Enfold documentation – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/ (please Google “Enfold documentation” if link is not visible) where we have many instructions and code snippets. If you decide to purchase Enfold, you can register to our support forum and contact us whenever you have a question or an issue.

2- You can simply go to Enfold theme options > Demo Import and click “import” button on Construction demo and it will be imported within few minutes.

3- Yes, images used in demos are included in them.

You can login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads page to download the latest version of the theme. If someone else purchased the theme for you and you do not have any contact or information, you might need to purchase new license on ThemeForest – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990. If you are going to need to purchase a license, please hurry as theme is currently on sale :)
