Hi,
I deleted those as well. I believe those images were not imported successfully therefore image elements were broken. I attached an image in private content field to show what broken images looked like in backend.

Enfold’dan vazgecmek yok. Diger temalara olan destegi kaldirdik yakinda forumdanda kaldiracagiz diger temalari ve tek temali bir sirket olarak yola aynen devam edecegiz :)

I just tried updating from 4.6.1 to 4.6.2 on my local installation and it worked. Then i tried with your personal token and it did not work. So it has to be related to your personal token. Please regenerate – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and make sure to set all required tokens.

If you received such error during import, that must be related to your server configuration.
Could you please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/, login and post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it? Also, if it is a fresh site, can we reset it?

SiteGround has cPanel. If you do not mind, could you please share cPanel logins?
If you do not know your cPanel logins, SiteGround can provide them to you. Using cPanel, we can access the files on your server and login to WordPress.

These did not work as well. Just to be clear, this is not for WordPress logins. Your staging site is protected so only those with logins can see your website and WordPress login page.
This might be default on staging sites so if you do not know those logins, please contact your hosting provider and they should be able to provide :)Best regards,

FTP logins worked however i am only seeing ftpquota file and nothing else. We might be able to figure it out without needing FTP logins but htaccess logins did not work again. I attached a screenshot to show which one i mean. Could you please check once again? :)

Yes, that would definitely be better. I checked Enfold version and it is very old. Please also update Enfold to the latest version via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp.We will be waiting to hear from you :)

Page builder might be installed as a stand alone plugin such as Elementor so please check plugins.
If that does not help, please post temporary admin logins here privately so we can look into it :)

Yaz aylarinda bolca duzeltme, gelistirme ve ozellikle Avrupa ulkelerinde ciddi bir konu olan cerezler uzerinde calismalar yaptik daha fazla beklememek icinde bu guncellemeyi yayinladik. Yeni demolari onumuzdeki kucuk guncellemelere dahil edecegiz.

You can go to Enfold theme options > Header > Header Layout and choose “hide both” in Header Title and Breadcrumbs.

Please contact your service provider who bought the theme for you and ask for the latest version of the theme, “purchase code” and “personal token”.
Using your purchase code you can register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start new threads whenever you have a question or an issue.
Since you are using a very old version of the theme, you would need to update to the latest version via FTP. Then you can insert Personal Token into Enfold theme options to receive auto updates.
